Highly recommend them. They originally told me 3 weeks but another appointment cancelled and were at my house 3 days later. They were quick and cleaned up the entire yard, it was like they were never even there.

It went great. One of the workers asked my neighbor if he could climb their tree to remove the branches the right way. I was appreciative that he did that since we are not on talking terms. I was happy he was able to remove the branches correctly. Earlier this year, Absolute Tree Experts removed a large tree in front of my home. They are very professional and work great together as a team.

they were awesome. it was raining the day they came out but they still finished the project on time and came back a couple of days later to have the stumps ground. They were awesome and went above and beyond of what was expected of them.

Everything went great. After the initial consult, I confirmed moving forward and was given a 3 week max window. Ended up only waiting a week or so. They came out exactly when told and left everything very clean.

They did an excellent job. They had to remove the 3 trees (1 dead) located next to two neighboring fences as well as near additional trees in our yard. They did the job professionally & effortlessly. Absolute Tree Service was knowledgable, prompt & reasonably priced.

This is the first time I used Absolute Tree Experts. They did an excellent job in cutting down and removing a large Poplar tree in my front yard. I was impressed in how they were able to safely lower large sections of the tree trunk. They were very careful and had to work around a section of Time Warner cable that was not buried deep and exposed in two areas. Oliver, the owner was present and came over to introduce himself when I stepped outside. It was a larger crew than I expected and they worked well together. There was minimal damage to my lawn. I was very happy to see that. The price includes a Angie's List discount and stump grinding. The stump grinding still needs to be done and I will amend this report when that work is completed. Absolute Tree Experts also trimmed a Crape MyrtIe that is in a front corner. I would definitely use this company again. The stump grinding was completed on 2/29/16.

The service went well and we are very pleased with the work done.

We met with several tree contractors before deciding to use Absolute. Their prices were in line with the others but the difference was their responsiveness. John showed up to do the quote when he said he would and though it took us a bit over a month to make a decision they honored their original price quote. Our project was delayed for a little over a month after we contracted but that was weather related and John kept trying to work us in when he could. On the scheduled project day Pat and his team were professional,efficient, and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done.

The crew called prior to arrival. They were here weeks before we expected them. We were thrilled that they were able to work us into the schedule far in advance of the two week lead time they had estimated. We watched the entire procedure. The crew were professional and safety conscious. They took care to avoid damaging any surrounding plantings. They carted away and chipped all of the branches from the tree in front, and cut the other two trees into manageable sizes and moved the debris to the designated area we agreed on when the estimate was provided. They even cut some of the pieces of the pear trees for us to keep for use in our smoker. We were extremely satisfied with the throroughness and professionalism of the team. They did everything we needed them to do, right down to an exceptional cleanup of the twigs and leaves. We highly recommend them.

Sent a request to have someone come out and look at having two tree's removed from the backyard of my Mother's house in Charlotte, NC. Received a response via email that same day stating that the arborist John would call at the beginning of the week (11/14). That call never happened. Luckily we found someone else that was much more responsive to do the work which was completed by the other company.

Jon came out to give an estimate. He walked the area with me, listened to what I wanted to get done, answered questions and gave advice. I booked the service. When the crew came out, they where quick, efficient and left the area clean. The entire team was very professional. I will definitely recommend them.

I never used the deal. We never managed to connect to make the appt for the estimate and the deal expired.

Fast response to initial request and scheduled a convenient time for quote and services. Arrived on time for each appointment, the team was friendly and high quality. One of the larger trees was in between the houses and the removal was skilled and no worries about damage to either house. Afterward they cleaned up both areas completely. We only had one issue which was the stump removal was supposed to be completed in two weeks but we were not contacted for this. However, when I called about this I had to leave a message and I received a call back within 20 minutes. The representative apologized, apparently they had done some reorganizing of jobs and ours slipped through. However, they sent someone to our home that afternoon to complete the stump removal. The supervisor called us back again later in the day to make sure that it was completed and apologize again. The service recovery was sincere and amazing. I greatly appreciate and respect the integrity of the company to acknowledge the error and they corrected immediately. I would definitely use this company again.

Absolute Tree Experts are possibly the most professional crew that we've ever had do work at our house. Their team was courteous and punctual, but what impressed us most of all was that they would not drive their trucks onto our yard without our explicit permission. We have nearly an acre of land, and the trees that they were working on were on the far side from the road, so they were willing to haul all of those dead trees to the road over an acre! That meant a lot to us, and we think highly of that. From the beginning the Absolute Tree Experts team were professional to the max. They called ahead to confirm their appointment, and they arrived at our home a little ahead of schedule, which was perfect. I think everyone has had to wait hours for workers or contractors to arrive for their appointments, so arriving ahead of schedule was GREATLY appreciated. There were four men in the team that worked on our trees, and each of the workers was respectful and professional in appearance and demeanor. The workers followed to the letter the plan that we agreed upon in the estimate they gave us. They worked quickly and efficiently: They only removed the trees that needed removal, and no other trees, fencing, buildings, or other property were damaged in any way. When the team was finished, they cleaned up so well that you would never know that a tree had fallen in the first place. The team worked fast and took no time at all to remove all of those massive trees, and when they left, they left a clean yard, leaving behind no personal trash, debris, or work material. Again, this is a refreshing change from some of the workers and contractors we have hired! We recommend Absolute Tree Experts in the highest possible terms, and we thank them for exemplary work and service.

They were great. Had a tree split in half and landed on my fence. They came out the day after I called them. Great work at a reasonable price. I would hire them again.

Initial conversation was good and came on time to give quote. I did not shop around so dont know if the price was fair but agreed to the service. Was supposed to come back on 7/14 to cut the trees and grind. But, called at the end of day to cancel the appointment as he was held up elsewhere and said would come the next Tuesday (7/21)instead. Wasted my day since I took a day off for this. Now, it has been more than 10 days and still no correspondence meanwhile I have all flags and paint on my grass drying from the 811 markings. I have to waste time again in finding another tree service provider and call 811 to remark..waste of time.. horrible!!

these guys get good reviews for a reason. great service, great price. saved me lots of money vs. their competitors and did a terrific job. definitely would use them again.

If I could give them a A++++++ I would. They were great. Wind damaged 2 trees (one was split in half). The called me back the day I called them and came out to give an estimate the following morning. They removed the tree the next day. Tuesday tree was damaged by storm and Thursday morning the tree was gone!!! They were prompt and fast. GREAT JOB! Cleaned up after the job. Would I hire them again? YES!!!!

I couldn't believe how clean the yard and pool area was when I got home. The only way to tell they had been there was from the trees that were gone and the others that were shaped and had no dead wood. My husband was home while they did the work. He was impressed with their speed and economy of motion. A lot of the work was around our pool. Nothing was damaged, no debris was left. Could not be happier and would not hesitate to call them in the future. There were some delays, not their fault, and they communicated well about what was going on. A pleasure to work with!

I would absolutely use these guys again. The crew that came to do the work at my home was not only very professional, but they were so accommodating. They wanted to make sure I was happy before they left. They cleaned up all of the debris in my yard, they were polite and respectful, they were experts as to where to trim trees and cut branches (no butchering of trees) and they were so fair about the price. This was such a great surprise to have such nice people to deal with and such wonderful men doing the work. I will hire them again when my trees need a haircut! HIGHLY recommend.

USE THESE GUYS! Excellent job. Real pros. Safely removed a large oak in a tight space among other trees and just feet from a fence. They also safely removed a massive river birth that was very close to my house and the neighbor. Great communication with the owner Oliver and arborist Jon. After some scheduling issues on my end they offered to work on the Memorial Day holiday to get the job done at a fair price. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Professional and on time! The owner was on the job with his crew and everything was clean and finished before they ask for any money. They were very fair in their pricing and even removed a few extra dead trees and branches I had laying on the ground. I could tell that the crew really enjoyed working together and that they have a true team spirit. I will use them again!!

THESE GUYS WERE AWESOME AND VERY PROFESSIONA!. Responded promptly to request for estimate, very professional. Arrived as arranged and on time. Had a crew of seven (including the owner), several trucks, a tractor, and large tree chipper. Crew came in and were done in THREE HOURS! I am 71 and very picky, they cleaned up so well I could not find a thing to b**** about....they were that good. AND they were the lowest bidder by $750.00 I ABSOLUTELY WILL USE AGAIN NEXT YEAR AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
