I asked Absolute Tree to do two things - work around my infant son's nap time and not trample extensive plantings in my backyard around the tree that was being removed. Absolute Tree was awesome on both of these items! They arrived when they said they would arrive, got the work done in less time than they estimated, and worked with the nap considerations. What was extra special was that there was a light rain on the morning the work was sceduled, I thought they might call to cancel. AMAZINGLY - they worked in the light rain and I know were wet and cold but they worked and wanted to get the job done on time and as promised. Awesome, working in a light rain! I am very pleased with he results and amazed that they could remove such a large tree working around the extensive plants in my backyard. In summary, the price was great, the work was timely, no problems of any kind, and very happy with the results.

I was at work when they did the job. I came home from work, and the tree was gone with little visible evidence left.

Oliver responded to my service call within 2 hours. I had e-mailed him a photo of the tree and was given a rough quote of $400-450 dollars for the tree. (which was over $200 less than my quote from Heartwood) He said he could be there at 8 AM the next morning and then actually showed up on time. The tree involved some interesting rope work requiring it to be taken down in sections and even at one point swinging perpendicular to the ground. Oliver and his partner took the tree down in a little under two hours and cleaned up all of the debris.

All went really well. It was one of my smoothest home services experiences. Oliver showed up as scheduled for the estimate and for the labor. He got down to business and was very efficient.

I cannot say enough about the job Absolute Tree did to correct a bad situation. I had a tree laying in my yard that was left by another contractor. I called Absolute Tree. They were there when they said they would be and did a me a great favor cleaning up someone else's mess. Oliver and his crew came in, cut the tree up, removed the trunk, limbs and all the debris, cleaned off the walk and yard and called me to insure I was satisfied before accepting payment. They even cleaned up debris left in the street by the trash people. I could not have ask for a better job.

They did a wonderful job! I was very impressed with this company. They cleaned up every spec of the tree that they removed. They left no leaves or limbs in the yard.

Several trees were very close to our house and had multiple trunks so we had been very concerned about possible damage to the house. Mr. Fanning was very careful and everything went smoothly. He took the time to cover any irrigation sprinkler heads in the areas where limbs/logs could fall. He started the job when he said he would and the actual price matched the quote.

Oliver a his crew showed up promptly at 8:30 a.m. as promised. They immediately set-up the equipment and we did a quick initial walk to review the trees that I had marked to stay (approx 150). At that point, they jumped in. Carefully removing everything we had agreed on. They would stage large batches at the chipper before turning it on and then immediately turning it off. I can't tell you how much I appreciated this since I work out of my home. I would then periodically step outside to check on their progress and we would re-walk the areas they had cleared to figure out what else needed to go. This process went on throughout the morning until Oliver had the misfortune of stepping on a yellow jacket nest and subsequently twisting his ankle rather badly. Despite this, they kept working and got everything completed Oliver and his guys really did an outstanding job. I'm astonished at how much they were able to complete in roughly 7 hrs. I was so impressed, I gave them a substantial tip
