Absolute Tree Experts

I called Oliver over the weekend when I discovered that the tree had been damaged and would need to be cut down before it broke free and hit the house. Oliver quickly called back and explained that the earliest they could get out would be Monday morning. On Monday, Oliver showed up, gave me the quote and said his guys would be out later that afternoon. When they arrived they went right to work. Before I knew it, the tree was down and being pulled whole into the chipper. The job was completed quickly and thoroughly. I will certainly use again and will let others know how great my experience was. The true cost for the job was $350, but due to the "Big Deal" I only paid $190. What a deal!!! Outstanding service and a deal all rolled into one package. I would have used them even without the Big Deal pricing.

Called Absolute Tree to get a price on removing and trimming several trees. Sand y responded quickly. Agreed on price and setup for the next week, as no hurry on my part. Was pleased from start to completion. Sandy made sure all the trimming I wanted was done. Will use Absolute Tree for any future tree service needed.

I called Oliver Manning one morning and left a message. He returned my call within an hour and scheduled an appointment to check out my tree. He arrived as scheduled, checked the tree and told me what he would recommend. I approved his plan. I could not be more pleased with his service.

Arrived and removed 2 broken limbs. They also removed some dead limbs in the affected tree and 2 other trees nearby. They cleaned up the yard nicely and ground up all of the removed wood and took it with them after they had completed the job. We were very pleased with the total job.

Great job from estimate to completion. Oliver came out and provided an estimate immediately and work was completed within a week's time. The crew of 5 or so arrived and began working immediately after taking a look at the property and confirming what needed to be done. They tried not to inconvenience me in any way and completely cleaned up after themselves. The tree stumps were cut down to ground level as we didn't have them grind the stumps at this time. May get that done when we save some more money - LOL! We will definitly use them for all our tree needs.

Sandy and his crew did a great job. Cleaned out all the overhanging trees, took out 9 trees. I couldn't even tell they had been here they cleaned up everything so nice. Hauled off all the trimmings and trees and everything. Solid job. Sandy came out to make sure I was happy and even had his guys come back to trim up a few that I wanted done as well. Will certainly use him again

What a pleasure to work with. Very friendly, professional, and prompt. Arrived before time stated and worked very efficiently to complete a large, tough job. It was amazing how much debris they cleared -- 19000 lbs. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Called for an estimate on the Friday before. Oliver was available within the hour to give me an estimate. Arrived on time and gave me the options on the removal. They were available on the next Monday, so we scheduled them for that date. They arrived on time and promptly removed the tree as quoted. I would definitely use them again and will as I have three oaks that need trimming.

We called Oliver on a Thursday, and he was very polite and professional. On Friday he came by and gave the estimate. On Saturday, the stump person that Oliver recommended came out and handled all the stumps, and did a good job cleaning up. On Monday, they came out and cut down all the limbs that were imposing upon our cars and house, and shaped up our Bradford Pear tree and River Birch tree to provide a better view of the house from the road. When I came home from work, there was no sign of debris. They even ground up some branches and a stump that had fallen previously so we didn't have to haul those off. We are very pleased with their service, and would recommend them to anyone needing tree work done.

They came promptly for an estimate, gave us an estimate that was 1/2 the cost of the last tree we had removed from that same area and actually came to do the work a day early (after calling to be sure that was ok). They also did an excellent job of cleaning up the area.

I interviewed around 4 different companies and by far Oliver was the most professional, best price, and the best quality and very pleased with the outcome. His knowledge about trees is also very impressive as they can give you ideas on how to improve the quality of your trees. I will be using him again very soon after our pool is put in. Thanks guys!

It was great. I emailed an inquiry to Oliver on a Friday evening and he called me by mid-day the following Saturday. He came out that Saturday to give us the quote, and then removed the tree the following Monday. He was prompt, courteous, and really seemed to be knowledgeable. The price was very fair compared to someone else we had used in the past. Highly recommended! He did a great job.

Oliver, called within and hour of my leaving a message. He arrived when promised to give written estimate. Straight forward and down to earth. His estimate was not as detailed as another I received but we discussed to clarify that we were on the same page and every item we discussed was done as discussed. On the day he was scheduled he had a mechanical problem with one of the trucks but called before 8am to reschedule. He arrived promptly, if not early, on the next day to do the work. Work was done quickly, completely, and the cleanup was perfect. Stump grinding was subbed out and Oliver waited and met with grinder before moving to his next job. Grinding was done as ordered (thru Oliver) and Grinder's cleanup too was perfect. We would definitely hire again.

Oliver gave us an estimate on approx a dozen trees, and he addressed all of our questions and concerns regarding the project upfront. Originally he prepared for a 10 hour day, but he and his crew worked diligently and removed approx 45,000 lbs of wood in 7 hrs. They raked the extra debris and cleaned up when they were done. Considering the amount of trees removed and the equipment brought in to remove them, unfortunately the grass was destroyed in the process. A minor issue that can be resolved with some TLC. We are talking to Oliver about coming back next year to remove more pine trees and hopefully open up the yard to even more sunlight. We appreciate the job he and his crew did!

Wow, talk about a company with great responsiveness!! Oliver Fanning ( owner) responded with a early morning ( 6:30 AM)phone cal to an email request I had left the evening before asking for someone to contact me ASAP!! THe job is now done and I still haven't heard from the other companies I left the same note! After we spoke Oliver said he would see if he could get to my job today as they were all the way on the other side of town. I told him I had dogs and the fence was cracked by the trees and I needed someone as soon as possible. He followed up with a phone call a couple hours later saying he was on his way to give me an estimate. We agreed upon a very fair price and he and his man began work immediately. He did everything that I asked and even removed all of the very minor tree debris. Prior to leaving he also gave me a firm price for a single tree that he thought might die. He said the price was good even if he had to come back and take done the one tree. He was punctual, courteous and very fair on his price and he was very appreciative for the work- something you do not get from most of the companies out their today. I don't mess with success- from here on I will be calling Absolute to handle my tree removal and stump grinding needs. I was very happy. Turnaround time from intial phone call to completion was maybe a week, which is very good for a relatively big project like this. Were able to do it in one (long) day. Pruning and cleanup were especially good. Oliver Fanning really knows what he's doing dealing with tree and landscape issues, and is very available. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have used Oliver for tree work. He showed up exactly when he said he would, quoted a great price, and came back to do the work on time. He did exactly what he said he would, plus a few extras based on what he encountered once the job was started, without adding to the cost. The work itself was professional, and they didn't leave a mess. I wouldn't use anyone else for tree work.

I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They were on time, did an excellent job, did not cause any damage to the house. They also worked well together as a team and finished very quickly. They cleaned up well after themselves too.

They guy was honest and didn't try to sell you anything you didn't need like some other people do that I have dealt with. He did a excellent job and was very patient with me.

Excellent service! Oliver sent a coworker out to give us an estimate on a Thursday evening (after work, which was very convenient for us), and they were able to return to do the work two days later on Saturday. I recently purchased a house with 2 large cedar trees in the backyard. They were looking a little rough with several dead branches hanging, and also poison oak growing all over them. Oliver and his coworker (sorry I forgot his name) went straight to work, cutting out all the poison oak and removing all the deadwood just as expected. They also gave some great advice on a few maples I have growing in the yard. When they finished, all cut branches & leaves were cleaned up and removed from my property. They trees look much cleaner and are much safer to be around. I recommend Absolute Tree Experts to anyone needing tree service. You'll be glad you did!

They did a great job cleaning up and removing all the branches that had been cut down. Would definitely use them again.

I had a maple tree that has bare branches on it. He told us that the rain and our sprinkler system should help keep it alive. He also informed us we could remove some top level roots so the tree could receive more water. He did not charge us for this information and was most honest with his knowledge. We would call him again if we had another probelm.

It was a great experience and I was amazed that they were able to do the work so quickly. More importantly after the work was done, they cleaned up everything and it was immaculate. Great work, great people, no nonsense, they were there when they said they would be there, and I was extremely impressed.
