it went beautifully! initially spoke with Oliver. He had Sandy call within the hour. Sandy made an appt for 11:30 the next morning...doorbell rang at 11:20...perfect! Showed Sandy what I wanted, he made very helpful suggestions. Because of the rain we've had..he gave me an approx date (within the week). He called the day before he planned to arrive to confirm. I could not be home the day work was done, however Sandy called my office to let me know what there were doing and called when finished. I came home to new property! Along with the trees removed and others trimmed. All undergrowth and debris was removed. No traces of debris left...and property is so clean and new looking - great job!

I called Oliver to come out and give me and estimate and within 30 minutes, he was there and calling me with the information. Oliver and his crew did a terrific job in getting the 3 dead trees taken down, chipped, cut up and hauled away in a safe and timely manner, even faster than I expected. When finished, they did a great job of cleaning up the yard to make sure that no debris was left behind. Oliver kept me informed throughout the process and even expressed his concern to make sure that my horses on the property would not be injured while the work was being done. I would not hesitate to bring these guys back in to do more work in the future, if needed, and I would recommend them to any family or friends who need to have tree work done. True professionals!

Due to the constant storms and rain this season, we had storm damage to three very large trees from our heavily wooded lot. One, a massive white oak, was within ten feet of our neighbor's home. While on our site, Oliver examined all of our trees (too numerous to count) and discovered a serious carpenter ant infestation in one of our hickory trees, very close to our home. We had it removed as well, and Oliver's crew saved the surrounding native dogwood trees with no damage. The entire job took two days, and the trees were so large that the trunk sections had to be hauled away. Because of the continuing summer storms, Oliver was in constant communication regarding scheduling.

They arrived on time with 5 men and quickly proceeded to cut down the tree with no collateral damage. They did a very professional job, cleaned up the area and hauled away the debris in less than 90 min. I was very pleased with the result.

This was such a positive experience all around. When we initially called, Sandy came out the same day and gave an estimate to have a large pear tree removed from our backyard. The project was a little tricky because the tree was very close to an out building and loomed over a precious lilac bush that we have been encouraging to live for five years. It was very important that the bush not be damaged. With all the rain we have had, and the damage that others have experienced, we thought it would be a few weeks before Sandy could get to our project, which was fine since it wasn't a crisis situation. Sandy called a week later to say he had an opening in his schedule. The crew was amazing. One gentleman climbed the tree and very carefully brought down the branches in a way to spare the lilac bush. The other team members assisted by guiding cut limbs from the roof of the out building and the ground, and those on the ground used ropes and brut strength to keep from damaging any plants, the building or the yard. While it was fun to watch, the work was hot and nasty. The hard work and professionalism was greatly appreciated and very evident. The yard was left in perfect condition - raked and blown so not a branch was left or a leaf in a place it shouldn't have been. The tree was "ground up" and carried away, and the yard looks amazing without it! I would recommend Absolute Tree Experts to anyone, and plan to have them back in the fall to cut back a birch. Angie's list was a real life saver on this one and got us in touch with the perfect vendor!

All went well. Were careful with plants around the trees taken down. Cleaned the area well.

Our insurance did not cover the expense; so unfortunately, we had to use other options.

They did an excellent job! The also cut out and removed 9 dead shrubs for me. The crew was excellent. They came out and gave me an estimate. Then the crew came out on time and got the job done within an hour and a half! They were very professional and I will continue to use them in the future.

Worked with Sandy, he kept me informed as service was delayed due to major wind storm in area which was fine, he took care of emergencies first. Showed up on time, was very professional, cleaned everything up. Price was excellent and he also honored the coupon I found on Angies List.

Oliver came by the day after I called. He is a nice guy and listened to what I wanted. I have a heavily wooded property and was only interested in any trees that may be in danger of falling on the house, garage, or neighbor's property. Oliver identified 6 dead trees that he felt were a danger, and gave me an estimate of $800. This was to take down the trees but leave them on the ground in the woods. He also looked over a tree near the house that he recommended putting a brace between the two trunks to prevent splitting, but felt that should be done in a year or so, not right away. I had an Angie's List coupon for $300 worth of tree service for $150, which brought the total paid to $650. Oliver's crew came out about a week later due to heavy storms in the area. I was not home at the time, but they took down the trees as planned without any apparent problems.

The four man crew did an excellent job. There was one large dead tree branch threatening the house that they really showed their expert talents on. As the fellow fifty feet up in the tree made his final cut, the men on the ground pulled their ropes just right and brought the branch down avoiding the house and a Dogwood tree below. I was impressed. They removed other dead limbs from our large oak tree and an Elm. They cleaned up well after the job. I gave them an A on everthing but price but maybe that is unfair. I had a bid for a lower price but after watching these guys work, I'm very glad I choose them for the job. They are EXPERTS.

Sandy and his crew did an excellent job. First, Sandy gave me the estimate AND he also supervised the job. Moreover, his young crew were all U.S. citizens; so, there was no chance of miscommunication. They did the work on a Saturday, which was convenient for me. They arrived on time, were quick about doing the work without adversely impacting the cable and power lines. Finally, they cleaned up. Sandy also provided the estimate on stump grinding; although, someone else actually does the work and collects payment. The estimate for everything was reasonable. The person who did the stump grinding was very easy to work with, also a U.S. citizen, who honored the estimated price. I am very happy with them and their work; and would highly recommend them.

Spoke with Oliver Fanning about what I needed done. I had a bunch of very large tree limbs that had grown over the years into the line of sight for my Directv. He came out within the hour to give me an estimate and I could tell he knew exactly what needed to be done to get my reception back to near perfect! His crew came out the next day and what I thought would be a couple hours of work only took about 40 minutes....that included the spotless clean-up!!! His crew, which were all very nice and respectful, had everything cleaned up...didn't even look like they had been there. Even my neighbor was impressed. The work that was done wasn't a quick, crappy job either. They were very mindful of all the plants and bushes that surrounded the area. I've had other Tree trimmers out that were cheap...but so was their work! I will be using Absolute in the future. I highly recommend them....they are also dog-friendly playing with my baby Bulldog!

Prompt response to intitial call; quickly scheduled the job after the intiital estimate. Great cleanup. Most impressive of all, we called Oliver back again as we had really wanted to have some of the limbs cut back a bit more off the roof than they had been cut - I offered to pay him more tp retirn and he declined and said he would "make it right" - We were really impressed with his company's service.

Oliver was the first one out to give us a quote. I got 5 quotes. Four from Angie's List. He gave us a very price out of the five. He even lowered it because he was doing work out this way, which made his the lowest quote. We told him the trees we thought needed to be cut down. He told us which ones needed to go and which ones didn't need to go, because they were healthy and were not a threat to our house or neighbor's houses , in bad weather. We went with his advice. He cut down 6 trees and cleaned up during the process. His team was wonderful and fascinating to watch. They did a great job! I would highly recommend them.

He came out and said that it would be better for us to wait until the fall. I was very satisfied with the amount of work they did a s well as the quality of work. I would highly recommend them.
