Absolute Tree Experts

They came out yesterday morning bright and early at 7:50am and were done by 8:20. After the cost this brings their labor cost to roughly $1500.00 an hour. They had five guys out there and started chainsawing at 8:01 and were done by 8:20. It was a good job and all but it seems very expensive.

Oliver Fanning, who I believe is the owner, was absolutely the most knowledgeable, professional, easy to work with person that I've talked to from anyone I've called in regards to tree service. He was absolutely fantastic. I referred most people to him and would absolutely use him again. Not only will I use the provider again in the future, but I've actually referred him to several individuals looking for similar types of service.

Within a week of contacting Oliver to provide me a (an extremely fair) quote for the project, he and his crew were on my property getting to work on a very large job. My wife and I appreciated Oliver's accessibility (he even made himself available while on vacation leading up to the start of the work), professionalism, demeanor on the job, the manner by which he runs his crew, and the commitment to quality. The output of Absolute Tree Expert's work was nothing short of amazing - one of those 'mouth agape' moments given the scale of job we had for Oliver and his crew. Oliver went above and beyond what we originally discussed because as he got deeper into the job he identified additional needs that needed to be addressed in order to achieve the outcome he knew my wife and I were looking for.... how often do you find that these days? As imagined, the job itself created a significant amount of debris around the property, but Oliver and his crew were diligent about taking several hours to clean and tidy the property back to where they found it which we really appreciated. We want to 'thank' Oliver for returning to us a backyard that we had no clue was there or was as big as it actually is. Our only regret is that we wish we had more trees for Oliver to cut down in the future... it was that much of a pleasure getting to know them and watching them do what they do best!!

I contact Oliver and he said it would be about a week before he could get someone out to give me an estimate. I asked him to let me know when the soonest would be and then got a call from Sandy 2 days later. Sandy came out and gave an estimate on a Sunday morning. After I received another estimate to do the same work I chose Absolute tree because of the large difference in price and the face that Sandy gave me a priced based on the job. The other company gave a price based on how long he thought the job would take. Once I told Sandy I wanted have them take the trees down, he got me on the schedule. There was no exact date because a large part of them being able to do their job depends on the weather. Sandy called and gave me updates every couple of days just to let me know how things were progressing and when he would be able to get out to do the job. The day before they were to come out Sandy called and said they would be there around 8:30am. They showed up about 8:00 and started working. Start to finish the job took about 3.5 hours. That includes them unloading all of their equipment, loading it back up, and cleaning everything up. Other than some saw dust and the trees missing I wouldn't have been able to tell that they had been there. About a week later the stump contractor came out and ground all of the stumps from the trees that were cut down and other stumps from trees I had taken down myself. Oliver, Sandy, and their crew did an amazing job and were very easy to talk with. I would highly recommend Absolute Tree Experts to anyone that needs any tree work done.

Oliver was very punctual and professional on the phone and at the house. When he was done, he cleaned up very nicely around the areas where work was performed. He also was the least expensive estimate we received from several other tree services.

Provided cut down a small tree beside my driveway. The tree was dying. Also--trimmed branched from other trees in my yard to 'lift' trees. Did a great job and everything looks great. There prices were great too.

Oliver very responsive coming out one business day after we talked on the phone. He gave me what I consider to be a very fair quote (based on another quote I already had) and we scheduled the work for the following week. I happened to be home when his crew came and watch them take down the agreed to maple and then asked them to remove limbs from a few additional trees. They were very professional and very courteous. They were so efficient in cleaning up that my neighbor wondered what happened to the sawdust. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to all.

They were very professional. They gave me an estimated time frame of when they would do the work. He gave me two estimates and options to use. He even texted me to provide an update as to the actual date. He called when the work was complete and told me to wait until i got home to review the work before I paid. It was great work. I definitely recommend using this company

We are moving and getting ready to put our house up for rent. We have some trees on the property that we thought may need some pruning and/or attention. Oliver came out and quickly assessed our situation. He told us that all of the trees are in good condition and do not require work except for some light pruning just for appearance sake. We have other expensses coming with the move and Oliver advised that we spend our money on other, more pressing issues. He was extremely upfront and honest which seems to be a difficult thing to find these days in the service/business world. We appreciate his honesty and will definitely use him in the fututre and would recommend his company to anyone looking for tree work.

They did an absolutely fantastic job. They did it very swiftly and without disturbing any power lines. I also asked them if they could save me about 50 feet of tree so we could cut it up for a fire pit. Well, they cut it up for us and stacked it against our fence nice and neat. They were very nice and very professional.

They were very prompt in giving me an estimate, which was very reasonable and once I ordered the services, they completed the project within a few days. They cleaned up thoroughly and the absence of trees was the only way you would know they had been there. I have already spoken to the owner about additional tree services and will definitely use them again.

To replace our broken heat pump, we needed to have a huge pine tree removed that was almost touching the old unit and would prevent the new unit from fitting in the space. We have had numerous disastrous experiences with tree people and dreaded the news that we would again need to call someone. The biggest difference this time - I have an Angie's List membership. We called the highly rated Absolute Tree Experts. The owner was at our house within 2 hours of our call and quoted a reasonable price for the removal of this tree. Two days later when I got home from work, the tree was gone and there was no sign that the tree had ever been there or removed. There was no sawdust in the yard, no holes in the grass from dragging tree parts, and no pinecones and branches scattered everywhere. We are extremely happy with the people, the service and the professionalism of Absolute Tree Experts.

The crew showed up as scheduled, and began prep for the cutting down and removal of all debris. I was very pleased with the work ethic and professional demeanor of the entire crew. They made short work of carefully placing the fallen tree sections to clear nearby tower guy wires. They definitely knew their roles in working as a team which produced the best results in the shortest time. The team was well equipped to transport the logs away with reliable machinery, again in a well honed drill. I highly recommend the Absolute Tree Experts for anyone's tree service needs and at a competitive price point.

I found Absolute Tree Experts on Angie's List and called them and left a message about our problem tree. Within one hour Oliver Fanning returned my call and we arranged a time for him to come over and give us an estimate. He came the next day and gave us an estimate of $800.00. We were very concerned about how the tree would be taken down because we did not want any heavy trucks on our back lawn because that is where the septic system is located. Oliver assured us that they do not ever bring heavy vehicles onto people's lawns. We decided to go with Absolute Tree Experts and Oliver said he would schedule the service as soon as possible. He called us yesterday and said a crew would come over today. He did not require that we be at home when the tree was removed. Oliver also did not ask for payment prior to the tree removal. When I arrived home from work tonight, the only evidence that they had even been here was that the tree was gone. They cleaned up perfectly! Oliver called awhile ago to ask if I was satisfied with their work and I told him I was absolutely satisfied!!! As an aside, we got an estimate from another company but they said they would have to bring in a boom truck (which I did not want to happen) and because it's so expensive to use heavy equipment like that -- even just getting the equipment here -- the price was quoted at $2500.00.

They were quick, careful, and pleasant to work with! Oliver always got back with me by phone when I had questions. They climbed a huge 100' oak & carefully lowered branches and limbs so as not to disturb other trees and shrubs in the area. They cleaned up everything and took all debris with them! I could not ask for a better job.

The price wasn't bad, but a little higher than I had hoped for. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future.

It was outstanding. Sandy supervised (also estimated the work one day before cutting the shrubs) the four workers who were excellent in their cutting and cleanup. Very respectful and about the business of cutting. They allowed us to manage the cutting along the drive way to ensure balance. I would hire those guys again in a heart beat. Good workers, good equipment, good supervision, on time, and efficient with a very competitive price. Oliver and Sandy started the company together some years ago. They will be here again next winter or early spring for more tree and shrub work.

This is the third time we've used Absolute since last fall. They have removed many, many trees from our property. The service has been exemplary every time. They are punctual, professional and pricing is very fair. Other than a stump on the ground, you'd never know they were there. If anyone needs a tree removed, you'd be crazy not to hire Absolute.

We were placed on the schedule and told it may take a couple of weeks before our work could be completed; however a week later they had an opening and were able to bump us up on the schedule. The work was done quickly and the limbs that were removed were shredded and we were left with no mess to clean up. Everyone was very professional and we would use them again.

I was worried about a tree near my house that had damaged wood at the base of the trunk. I called and left a message with Oliver that I needed an estimate. He promptly returned my call and came out the next morning to give me an estimate. No hard sell tactics. With my Angie's list coupon it was the best price. I called to schedule and they performed the work within 2 days. Cleanup was good, they cut off and left stump just a ground level, and they neatly stacked the wood and hauled off the smaller branches and debris. The large triple trunk tree was in the middle of a plant bed and there was a lttle damage to some nearby shrubbery. I mailed check and then mentioned the slight damage to Oliver - it was a large tree surrounded by landscaping so I had been worried about more damage. Oliver said to let him know what the damage was and he would send me a check. He handled the situation promptly and professionally. I would definitely use them again.

First-class service.... efficient, quicker than you could imagine... & they cleaned up so well that you wouldn't know that they'd been there, except the trees and stumps were gone..... This is the 2nd time we've used Absolute Tree Service.... they cut down 3 trees in our son's backyard... so, when my wife & I moved into a condo & needed a tree cut down & stumps ground, there was no doubt that we would call them again.
