Description of Work: Wonderful service. The team was quick and had the job finished in no time. They did a good job of cleaning up and we had no damage to the property even though they were removing two large trees from inside our fenced in back yard. If I ever need this service again I will be calling Sandy and his team to cut more trees.

Description of Work: I GOT A CALL THE DAY AFTER I PURCHASED THE BIG DEAL. THE PROVIDER CALLED AND CAME OUT TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE RIGHT AWAY - VERY IMPRESSED. ALTHOUGH I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH WORK TO USE THE BIF DEAL, I WILL CALL THIS COMPANY WHEN I NEED TREE WORK DONE!

Description of Work: I hired Absolute Tree Experts to remove 5 trees from our yard after seeing their reviews on Angie's List. Because so many people had said ATE was the cheapest when they comparison shopped, I hoped I could limit my estimates to just them. When I first emailed the company, I told them I had laryngitis and would prefer to text/email about getting a quote. I was sure that request would be ignored. But when I sent that email around 5pm on a Friday, I got a text back within the hour. Oliver came out the following day-a Saturday- to provide an estimate. Since he thought they could take all 5 trees down in one day, he quoted a substantial discount. They were able to take all the trees down in one day, and the yard looked remarkably tidy when they were finished. When I said to Oliver that I had expected to see leaves all over my yard and for it to be a mess, he told me the cleanup is what you pay for. Having used a "dirt cheap" tree service at a previous house, I definitely saw the difference!

Description of Work: I called and spoke with Oliver initially to have him come out to give an estimate for pruning 1 crape myrtle, and possibly cutting down 3 large pine trees. After receiving the bid, and discovering that he was going to use a tractor type machine to take the trees from front to back (thus damaging my yard), I decided not to do the work on the pine trees, however I still wanted him to prune the crape myrtle. Sandy did call me back to tell me the costs of having 2 men & a huge truck come to prune a 13 yr old myrtle. I called and then left several messages for Oliver, explaining that I really just needed to have someone professionally prune and thin the myrtle and we would be happy to take the branches to the curb ourselves. (Obviously our intent is to have the myrtle done professionalism, but save money at the same time.) At this point, I have had no response. I believe Absolute is out looking for large jobs, and forget about the small jobs, that might eventually work into the larger ones. Thanks but no thanks.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon from them for tree service. He trimmed about 10 leyland cypress trees on my driveway and he cut down two other trees.

Description of Work: We have a very wooded backyard. Oliver saved us $$ by talking me out of having some trees removed. He trimmed them and gave my yard a lot more sunlight. He did remove several trees that were dead or damaged as well as a very large tree that was close to the house. It was carefully removed, stump ground, and the surrounding area smoothed out, the yard and driveway raked and blown. No mess left at all.Oliver was on time for our first meeting when he gave me an estimate and he and his crew were at my house to do the work exactly when promised.I appreciate his knowledge of trees and the fact that he likes to work to keep a tree when possible. We were extremely happy with his pricing and found his work to be a great value.

Description of Work: We recently purchased a home and wanted several very large pine trees removed from the front and back yard. We had a total of 5 pines and 7 stumps removed. Oliver and his company crew arrived right on time in the morning. They worked all day to get the entire job done before night. They were very professional and went above and beyond in finishing the project. Almost all of the stump debris/mulch was removed and all of the excess tree limbs and trunk portions were cleared as well. Upon completion, you could barely tell we had even had trees that stood in those locations at all. He is the most resonable and professional tree company that we have ever used or had give us an estimate. In fact, we have used his company on several occasions and will again in the future.

Description of Work: I emailed this company on 8-15-2011 to get an estimate to remove about 32 large trees from my property....No reply. I called on 8-22-2011 and talked to Oliver. Said he would come out that day or in a couple of days. He never came and never called back. If he didn't want my job he could have just told me. Not showing up or calling back is very unprofessional.
