Ken was by far the most professional home inspector I have ever worked with. He was timely, knowledgeable, and above all else, thorough. I hired Ken as I was interested in purchasing a house and he came the next day after I called him. He showed up on time and immediately got to work, but didn't forget to ensure I understood what was going on and my questions were being answered. Everything he pointed out to me, he would explain in great detail that one could only gain with immense experience. On top of all of that, he got picture of just about every little detail of the house. I would without a doubt recommend Ken to anyone looking for an honest Home Inspector who has the buyers interests in mind. It was an absolute pleasure working with him.

Ken is very thorough and reviews all aspect of a property. I especially liked that he was not in a rush to finish and move on to the next customer. He is patient and will answer all your questions. Ken was very thorough. He took his time and made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns. He is also very detail oriented and noticed many things that we had not noticed. Also very friendly and very prompt. I had my report to send to the builder the next morning. It was as detailed as he was with all pictures needed.

It is difficult to understand him on the phone sometimes because of a speech problem. Everything else about his work ethic and performance is outstanding. He does what he does because he loves what he does. Kenneth Jones works to make sure you know what you are getting and understands that you want a home, not just a property transaction. Specifically, he noticed more about the house than I could have possibly noticed would need repairs. Pointed out some areas that were not bad, but could raise potential issues down the road if not treated soon. In some cases, he just introduced me to structural setup so that I would not be confused with placement of breakers/outlets...etc. His background knowledge comes from experience building homes to much more strict standards than what many homes today are built by, so in some cases, he was able to show me what was either good or bad about the original design of the home. My advice to any first time or otherwise home-buyer; take the time to listen to Mr. Jones and thank him well for his honesty and integrity.

Mr Jones is everything a consumer hopes for when hiring someone to inspect their home- honest, patient, willing to answer any question asked, super competent and at an excellent price. Would absolutely hire him again!!
