We had a great experience with Swaim Electric for our whole house generator installation (Generac generator)! They were on-time for every appointment. Scott was the tech that provided our original quote and also the one that came out and did the system startup. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything about the system and how it operated. Matthew and Eddie were the ones that did the initial installation. They let us know when they arrived, when they were leaving for lunch, etc. They were very friendly/polite and left everything neat after the install. They did a turn key install handling all the electrical, natural gas, and necessary permitting. Out of several companies we had provide us a quote, we felt the best about Swaim. They had the best price and seemed to be the most responsive. We would recommend them to anyone else considering a whole house generator!

I had shopped around and they were the better fit plus I want someone with a good name. They sent out 2 guys Craig Brady and Micheal Smith and they were great. I am someone who ask a million questions ND the never once acted frustrated with me for asking so many questions. If you ever needan A/Christian unit or electrical work done this is the place to call without a doubt you will not be sorry you did......Michelle Hinshaw

Everything went very well, I'm pleased with the work.  I worked with the sales person to review the unit size that I needed, he performed his heat load calculations using 2 different methods, which prompted us to increase the unit size by 1/2 ton from the  original quote.  I felt that it was very important that he took the the time to review his original calculation to assure we agreed upon the scope of the project - rather than push me into accepting it as is.  Once we agreed on the price and unit, they were ready to install within 3 work days. The installers showed up when scheduled, were very courteous, sought me to let me know status updates and completed the project in a relatively short time frame. It's only been two days since the install, but I am very happy with the results.

I like this company. I am a certified heat and A/C guy, but I can't do it all myself. When I have a big job, I call these guys. They have a good reputation and they can do it all. I would hire them again in the future. I think highly of them and they get the job done right.

I started having problems with the new heat pump right away. Swaims did not seem to care about my satisfaction, even with all the money I spent. I am having additional problems and they are not handling this situation to my satisfaction.
