"This is the first time in 8 years we have gotten a bad review, and not for doing poor work but because we had some (4 workers) nonenglish speaking workers and for not returning a call. Fred and I (Saul) kept in touch as the crew was working. Every time he called to ask a question I answered and related that information to the crew. The job was completed accordingly to the scope and we even did a small repair that was not part of our scope (siding) after the hurricane and did not ask for an additional charge. Mr. Fred said that he wasn't going to pay the final payment if work was not finished or satisfied. We got our final payment and he said he was satisfied. A few days later he discovered there was a small part missing and he asked to get this corrected. We said we were going to send someone there and I asked our sales rep. John to follow up. He had an accident and ended up in the hospital (we can prove it). John Call (3 times) Fred this past Saturday to see if we still need to send someone out there. we left a message since no one pick up the phone or returned a call. I am sorry you feel this way, Mr. Fred."
