I have used Roger Marion Automotive for all my routine services and repairs large and small for over 10 years. There has never been even one complaint on there performance. I can't begin to think of anywhere else i would take a vehicle for repairs or for service.

My wife's car broke down and she had it towed to Roger Marion. He is not our normal mechanic, but we can't get time with our normal mechanic unless we make an appointment ahead of time. Friends have always said good things about Roger Marion. The service was quick and honest. Price was a little higher than our regular mechanic, but they were able to get it fixed by end of the next day.

Firestone said I needed my catalytic converter and two Oxygen sensors replaced. After their evaluation, I only needed my converter replaced. His honestly saved me over $500.00. He is very friendly and will go out of his way to help you.

The work was done promptly, but there was a new problem after picking up the car; it pulled to the right. After calling to discuss the issue, Roger asked me to come in the next day to try an adjustment. This did not work and he asked to have it the next Monday, which I arranged. He got the problem resolved by rotating all of the tires, which had not been done since they were put on. All of this extra effort to make the job right was done at no extra charge. This company has always treated me this way on repairs, although most of my experience did not require multiple visits to complete the work.
