It was horrible. It was a nightmare. We met with Bobby in February at 6 in the morning which was convenient for us. Bobby kept going in to negative things with his other clients while we were trying to do the consultation. We discussed that we were not comfortable with Bobby discussing other people's projects. We met with him a number of other times. In the process, he recommended lazy susans in the corners. I kept telling him that I did not want them. He kept insisting that every woman wants these. When he came to do the measurements, he decided that a pull out spice rack would be a good idea. I told him that I did not want that and it would fit in the area that he wanted to put it in. We ended up deciding on a plan that did not include the additional features. We came home in March and the kitchen cabinets were installed including $6000 worth of additional items that we did not want. There were also large gaps between the cabinets because Bobby measured incorrectly. Poindexter now says that they are not responsible for the issues. The cabinets are now sitting in our garage. We addressed this with the contractor. He said that when he was given the check, he was told that we agreed on that plan when we did not.

Definitely ask for a mock up picture of your selection.  I'm sure the other associates are great, but Beth was a big plus.
