Home Security System Service
Installation and monitoring have been working well and the cost of $870. for the system is competitive. However, their warranty for the system is one year only. There is no customer support after 12 months. I had a false alarm because of system equipment failure after only 13 months and PPS quoted a $70. tech visit fee plus parts. I did some research and found that some local companies provide better customer support.
