I dealt with Ken personally on my 2 vehicles.  The other gentleman in the office were very responsive as well.  I brought my 2003 Acura MDX due to a starting issue.  Initial tests indicated there was no measurable problem.  Since I had the vehicle there, and it has 250k miles on it.  I decided to have the original factory alternator replaced as a preventative maintenance.  One cannot expect much more than than 12 years and 250k out of today's alternators.  I chose to have it replaced than wait for it to die and have it happen and a "bad" time.  If you ever had a car breakdown at the worse possible moment, you know what I am talking about.  During the course of this, the car decided to replicate the starting issue that had originally prompted my visit.  It was easily resolved with a new relay.  Simple enough, right?
I also decided to have a 2006 CRV looked over since I just purchased it for my daughters first car.  After having the tranny fluid replaced, and everything else checking out-we were on our way.  I am very pleased with the service, professionalism and pricing.  They have become the new home for repairs on my Acura and Honda.

I would give them an "A" for effort, as the owner called me and was very kind, I imagine to avoid negative feedback, but the bottom line was my car was not fixed, and I was out a lot of time and money.  They did give me a rental the second go time.  I picked them from Angie's list due to the positive feedback, so I can't imagine why the "cup of water test" would dismiss the obvious fact that the drains in the sunroof were clogged.  I even provided them Internet feedback from the Honda Civic Form USA indicating clogged drain pipes in the Civic commonly cause leaks in the front and rear of the car (the drains get clogged, then the water runs over the header into the car.  It takes about 15 minutes to blow them out, I understand it is a dirty job, so maybe they didn't want to get dirty, I don't know. I had taken my car there twice, once before for excessive gas usage, and they didn't fix that either, they ran some checks and said it was fine, perhaps they gave the car another cup of water?  The interior carpet was wet, and there was rust behind the panel on the front.  After running it through a car wash or getting caught in a rain storm, water came pouring in.  I had recently purchased the car, and it did have a lot of debris in various places (including the sunroof).

Anyway, I ended up taking it somewhere else, who knew right away the drains were clogged, and blew them out with an air compressor, no more problems after that, finally.  And... the gas usage was caused by corroded spark plugs, the car had low mileage 45K and was a 2004, apparently, you need to change the plugs every 100k or 7 years whichever comes first.

This is by far the premier facility to take your Honda or Acura for any type of service. While our van was in for routine service I asked them to check the brakes. At times they made an odd sound and I just assumed we needed new brake pads and gave them the go-ahead to replace them if needed. When I went to pick up the vehicle the gentleman took me back to show me the brake system and explain where the noise was coming from. He showed me the pads and told me that I didn't really need to have them replaced. A less than honest shop tech, or one that is compensated on the cost of the repair, would have simply replaced the pads and taken advantage of the situation. You get the impression from the first time you enter the door that these guys want to do what's right for you and not try to pull one over on you. I trust this team with whatever they say our van needs.

Everything went great, they did the job for the exact amount quoted less the Angie's list coupon that I used.

I have not  had a Honda vehicle for some time; however, I would recommend to anyone with a Honda or Acura to visit this shop. They are the best mechanics available outside the dealer for any and all of your auto needs.

This is a great place if you own a Honda and don't want to pay the excess cost of regular service from a dealer.  They are very pleasant, professional and got us in right away.  They also have early drop off and late pick up for people who work during the day.  Very pleased with this place and will be going back!

We have been using GT Imports for over 20 years to service our Hondas. John, Ken, Chuck and the rest of the group have always been great to work with to maintain our vehicles.  I appreciate their honesty and love having a real partner that will discuss available options and suggest priorities for repairs.  Over the years, they have maintained 5 Hondas for me and 3 have reached over 200,000 miles. During this time, their quotes have been spot on and I don't ever remember being surprised by the final bill. This repair was unusally large because we had both a schedule  preventative maintenance event (timing belt/ water pump), replace a front wheel bearing and an unexpected transmission issue.  After discussing the overall condition of the van with John, I decide to proceed with both repairs.   They were able to start work on the van the following Monday.  The repairs took 4 days as promised and the price was a little lower than quoted (they had an internet coupon special for $50 off major repairs that they included).  The van drives great which is important because we need to space to move our kids into their college dorm rooms.

I recommended these mechanics to my sister after my 2001 Honda Civic was totaled and I bought a Nissan. I was so disappointed to hear that they only repaired Honda/Acura but they gave me a great reference for my Nissan. I would take my car to them for problems and I appreciated that they would prioritize issues of importance and those that could wait. I recommend EVERYONE I know with a Honda to take their vehicle there.

John and his colleagues have taken excellent care of my 1997 Honda Odyssey for over 10 years. Even though I moved to Greensboro I still drive to Clemmons to have the GT crew take care of my car. 

These are the go-to guys for my Honda. They took good care of my first Honda and now my second Honda. I trust them to do a good job at a fair price. They're knowledgeable, personable and trustworthy. I wouldn't take my Honda anywhere else.

This is a great auto service center. I have been going to GT for over 20 years now. My husband and I have bought 3 used Hondas, primarily because we know GT is a reliable service center and will be honest about the work they recommend. I recommend GT to every Honda owner I know. Even though I was a work in customer on 1/27/11, I did not wait long at all. The guys are always curteous and will take time to explain the problem and solution.

They are very honest, I don?t feel like I?m being taken when I go in. I?ve never had to go back for bad work and they are the only ones who service the vehicle. Their prices are reasonable but they are still a bit high.

I spent between $20 and $25, which was actually a nice price. The GT Imports Limited has coupons online and the price was not bad. They seemed to be honest and my interaction was fine with them. There was nothing I liked or disliked about them in particular and I will tell my family and friends to use the coupons available online. They were good and I will use them again in the future.

Excellent service and professionalism. The prices can be a bit more than others but always less than the dealer.

They were very prompt and efficient. I would definitely recommend GT to a friend or family member. They were also very professional.
