Greenbrook Homes Inspections

Our inspector was Jack and he was a great guy, who truly takes his time and knows his stuff when it comes to items that should be changed, updated, or replaced.  He was here a good 4 hours and he still wasn't finished because he needed to come back to check the readings and make sure the heat and air were working well.  He made sure he explained everything in detail to us which was extremely helpful because in any industry there are terms which outsiders may not know, especially about the mechanics of the way something works.  Once the inspection was complete he said it would take a few days to get all the information together and he would call to set up a time when we could meet to go over the information he documented while doing the inspection.  We met a few days later and he had put together a wonderful booklet documenting all of his findings and concerns as home owners.  The information was very detailed he had pictures of various items some were of concern and he would explain the concern especially places we really couldn't see, it was a lot of information but it was explained to us in detail.  I would recommend Jack to anyone who needs to have a new home inspected he was fantastic and my Mom put him to the test because she had a lot of questions (even I would cringe at some of them) but he just rolled with everything and answered all my mom's questions without hesitation. Wonderful experience.   Two Thumbs Up.

We had Greenbrook do an thorough inspection of our home so that we could be more educated when contracting some needed electrical and foundation work. He was very thorough, and gave us a full report with pictures that we could use for outlining work needed for contractors. Very professional and friendly.
