They did a great job and made the scheduling very easy. They got out stains that I didn't think would ever come out. They used their low moisture cleaning and within a day the carpet was dry. They did a beautiful job.

They both are very nice people they explained their methods, how the machines worked, the chemicals plus gave me recommendations for products for pet damages. They really took the time and effort to clean (3 1/2 hrs) as opposed to a steam cleaning company which would have been approx. 1 - 1 1/2 hours

The company is family owned. They were very responsive even from my first call. They came out and even brought their daughter, they worked quickly and efficiently. They use products that are environmentally good. It's a little bit different, but it was quiet and didn't take very long. It was a good experience.
