I don't have bugs which is nice. He is very thorough with his work. He will also do tests in addition to his normal pest routine. He is very punctual. He services a large area and is able to get to me when he is suppose to. He is very reliable.

Every year, they send me a notice in the mail when I need to schedule my inspection. I usually have trouble getting a hold of the inspector and have to call twice. However, eventually I get a hold of someone and they come by to do the inspection and I mail in my payment. So far no issues and I have no termite damage.

THEY GIVE YOU A WARRANTY IF YOU FOLLOW THEIR SUGGESTIONS. HE WORKED AROUND OUR BUSY SCHEDULE. WE WERE RELIEVED THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TERMITES AND HE COULD GET RID OF THE CHIRPING COMING FROM THE BASEMENT.
