Conrad & Conrad Inc. is a NC licensed General Contractor #23249. We have been in business as Conrad & Conrad Inc. since 1987. Jack Sr. started the business in the early 60's as a speculative and custom home builder. Jack Jr. a third generation builder who joined the business upon graduation from East Carolina University in 1981. We are a WBE and Angie is the friendly voice that greets you when you call, returns your call, schedules appopintments and develops a personal relationship as Jack does. The business name was changed in 1987. The business now has a combined 73 years plus experience in the building of room additions, custom homes, remodeling, repair, light commercial remodeling and repair. We have licensed and insured subcontractors that work with us, they are available and have completed many remodeling projects with us and are very capable. We provide free estimates. We can assist with design. Quality, friendly personal service, your homes security, cleanliness and your satisfaction are our main goals.
