+ -1 moreHe was neat and tidy the entire time. If he had any questions, he called me before he proceeded. If there was something he could not get that we had agreed upon, he would not continue until we talked. He was completely trustworthy and I did not have to be here while he worked. If I suggested something and he felt it was not needed, he would tell me.
Description of Work: Mr. Beachamp performed a lot of services for me. He replaced my deck, re-did the face plate between the house and the foudation (because it had rotted due to water damaage), replaced a sophet on the garage as well as facia board, put up a shower head, towel rack, toilet paper holder, put in cabinets in my laundry room, put in a access panel in my bathroom closet for access to the shower plumbing, re-insulated the crawl space area under my washer/dryer room, weather stipped and put insulation in my attic pull down door and repaired some of the cedar siding on my house.
