Bobby's Tree Service brought in a team of men to prune all three trees simultaneously. The job was completed in two hours. The team was courteous and professional, and brought a lot of modern equipment to do the job right. I was very pleased with the quality of service of the pruning, and the team did a nice job on the clean up of the fallen branches and leaves. Overall, I was very happy with Bobby's Trees Service. I would highly recommend and would use them again in the future. Thank you, guys!

1st time having a tree removed; always did it myself but this one was too much for me to handle. It got damaged Thursday so I called that evening. Tony answered and said he'd be out Friday morning to look at it and said if I liked the price he could start on it right away which surprised me; nowadays I figured I'd have to make an appointment. He came out and gave me a good quote so I went ahead and let his crew take care of it. I could see some of the work through my SimpliSafe doorbell, they used a spider which is a lightweight aerial lift to get up high, very little impact on my fescue lawn. It started raining towards the end but they stayed and finished. I wasn't even home the whole time so they left the invoice on the porch and they came by later when I got home and we settled up. I hired Bobby's Tree Service to remove 4 very large trees from my backyard. From the time I called them to the day they arrived, they were nothing but kind and professional. They came to my home on 6/9/21 and arrived on time. They immediately started working. I asked to add a few things to my original estimate and Jerry said no problem. I was completely satisfied with the new cost. Those guys worked their tails off. I never saw them take a break, other than their lunch break. I felt so bad since the humidity that day was terrible. I supplied them with water and each time they thanked me. When they were finished, they cleaned up the mess and even seeded and laid straw down. In my line of work, I deal with several vendors on a daily basis and none of them compare to the guys at Bobby's. I am already planning my next appointment with them and would not even consider calling another company. They are certainly worth every dime I paid and will do it again!!! I called Bobby's tree service, and they gave me an estimate the same day. It was the lowest of 4 companies, and the most reasonable. Very nice company, honest and trustworthy. (Now, I wish I could find a roof repair with the same standards, don't think there is any out there.) But, yes - I would hire Bobby's tree service again in a minute!

Firewood
Bobby's responsiveness and delivery of the firewood was great. I have used Bobby for two years to deliver firewood. Unfortunately both years i had the same issue. He claimed the firewood was dried a year and ready for a fire. Both years the wood was still wet and took multiple attempts to light. Though this service was great, I wouldn't suggest Bobby for firewood.

"Hi and thank you for your comments. We sell hundreds of loads of firewood and no one has ever had any issues. We absolutely do not sell "wet" wood. It is all split and kept stacked under a large, multi-bay woodshed. I burn firewood from the same stock that your wood was delivered from and have no problems with it. We have multiple "A" reviews describing the quality of our firewood. Could it be that you may be improperly building a fire?? How can we make this right for you? Thanks again."

Exceeded my expectations. This company does much more than TREES. They transformed my backyard which was eroding down a steep slope. Although the rain delayed the project for months and months, it was well worth the wait. Jerry provided the initial consultation, but followed up with me at my house 2-3 more times to go over the project. Jerry great suggestions, is very knowledgeable, while always, keeping my budget in mind. This was an amazing experience with Jerry and his crew. They were very professional and prompt every morning. The end result is beautiful and now I am no longer worried that my backyard will be continue to erode.The company cleaned and restored the yard after renovation. I will definitely use Bobby's Tree Service for future projects. The crew was very professional and courteous.

Excellent service from start to finish. The crew arrived on time, got right to work after getting with me on what was to be done, left minimal scarring on the yard and cleaned up after themselves very well. Removed fallen white oak - about 100' tall and over 2' thick - in a little over 2 hours from neighbor's property. Would definitely hire again!

Everything was done as expected and very well. Team did a good job cleaning up after the job and that was appreciated. They even raked most of the leaves that were already on the ground before they started. Took about 4 months from time estimate was given until the work was done. But was told up front they had a large backlog of jobs pending.

We've been very happy with them. They do big stuff where maybe a tree was struck by lightening. In the front we had a tree we thought needed to come down and the owner came to look at it and he said no you don't need to take it down, I can clean it up and another 2 or 3 years you won't even know it had a big piece come out of it. The cost was reasonable. It was an "A" experience. He gets all "A's", they are just really professional and I'd use them again. We've used them about 2 or 3 times and they've always been just superb.

They are very professional. They cut the trees and then cleaned up afterwards. We asked for the ground up trees to use for mulch. We would use them again if we need it.

Initially we had to wait about 45 days. Then when they called and said they had an opening​ this week. We took it because we didn't want to wait any longer. I feel like they sent in the trainees. Bunch if young guys who left a big mess after and didn't complete the entire job.

We were very pleased with Bobby’s Tree Service. Their equipment is in very good condition and the crew is courteous and professional. And they cleaned up the yard nicely when they were done. My husband worked years ago as ground crew for a tree service. He was impressed with the skill and safety of the workers in the bucket truck and on the ground. We were confident in their abilities after watching them work the first afternoon. We would recommend Bobby’s for anyone needing trees taken down.
