Perfectly! I had 3 doors that need to be re-keyed and several antique door knobs that need to be repaired. Shawn was on time, friendly and polite. After reviewing all items to be repaired, he explained what each repair would entail & began the work. Unfortunately a couple of the doors were beyond repair but Shawn had several suggestions for us. We highly recommend this company!

Upon arrival, saw that hardware I'd purchased wouldn't work with my door. Explained everything, gave me a couple options, and told me No Charge for the "estimate". Very friendly and professional. Definitely will call back when I need help again..

Shaun with AAA-KWD was incredible. Very professional and did an excellent job. He installed new cylinders in the antique handles that have always been very finicky to use in the past. He went above and beyond to adjust the handles make sure the locks and knobs worked well. His work was excellent and the knobs are no longer finicky. We immediately hired him to do some work at our home. Will hire again!

family, and will use Called around 3:30, explained the problem (my keys were stolen) and I needed locks changed.  Shawn suggested re-keying might be adequate, as locks were undamaged.  He wa busy but said he could be there around 5:50.  He arrived at 5:30, did the work, and was done within an hour.  Total cost less than $100. The promptness, professionalism, and pricing for an emergency call were exceptional. Would gladly recommend them to friends or family, and will use again for any future needs.

There had been a minor mix-up with my appointment on their end and I called the office after waiting a reasonable amount of time thinking I had an appointment. The dispatcher called Shawn who was in High Point on an emergency call. Shawn called me right back and came right after he finished his appointment. Although he had not spoken with me about what I needed done, he was very professional, walked around with me to see what my needs were. It was a big job which would take several hours. Fortunately he had the hardware to do the job on the truck. He got started right away and finished in the time he had estimated. I was prepared to pay the cost (not having done this before). The way he handled the unscheduled job which took a few hours and the efficiency with which he made the installations and his pleasant and professional demeanor was worth every cent. He also informed me of their guarantee if anything did not work properly. I was very pleased because I was unscheduled and I was expecting to be rescheduled for next week since this is a holiday weekend. I would call them again as they offer a range of services that I can possibly use and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Locked myself out of the house Saturday, looked up a locksmith on my iPhone with Angies List app. The app made it so easy to find someone in my area and read the reviews.  Called and someone came over in about 20 minutes.  Opened the door and all was right in the world again.
