Perfectly! I had 3 doors that need to be re-keyed and several antique door knobs that need to be repaired. Shawn was on time, friendly and polite. After reviewing all items to be repaired, he explained what each repair would entail & began the work. Unfortunately a couple of the doors were beyond repair but Shawn had several suggestions for us. We highly recommend this company!

Shaun with AAA-KWD was incredible. Very professional and did an excellent job. He installed new cylinders in the antique handles that have always been very finicky to use in the past. He went above and beyond to adjust the handles make sure the locks and knobs worked well. His work was excellent and the knobs are no longer finicky. We immediately hired him to do some work at our home. Will hire again!

family, and will use Called around 3:30, explained the problem (my keys were stolen) and I needed locks changed. Shawn suggested re-keying might be adequate, as locks were undamaged. He wa busy but said he could be there around 5:50. He arrived at 5:30, did the work, and was done within an hour. Total cost less than $100. The promptness, professionalism, and pricing for an emergency call were exceptional. Would gladly recommend them to friends or family, and will use again for any future needs.

There had been a minor mix-up with my appointment on their end and I called the office after waiting a reasonable amount of time thinking I had an appointment. The dispatcher called Shawn who was in High Point on an emergency call. Shawn called me right back and came right after he finished his appointment. Although he had not spoken with me about what I needed done, he was very professional, walked around with me to see what my needs were. It was a big job which would take several hours. Fortunately he had the hardware to do the job on the truck. He got started right away and finished in the time he had estimated. I was prepared to pay the cost (not having done this before). The way he handled the unscheduled job which took a few hours and the efficiency with which he made the installations and his pleasant and professional demeanor was worth every cent. He also informed me of their guarantee if anything did not work properly. I was very pleased because I was unscheduled and I was expecting to be rescheduled for next week since this is a holiday weekend. I would call them again as they offer a range of services that I can possibly use and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Locked myself out of the house Saturday, looked up a locksmith on my iPhone with Angies List app. The app made it so easy to find someone in my area and read the reviews. Called and someone came over in about 20 minutes. Opened the door and all was right in the world again.

Shawn went above and beyond just re-keying locks and changing a door knob. Unbeknown to me, the back door weather strip had been damaged making it difficult to open. Shawn, readjusted it so that the door can now be opened with ease.

Provider contacted us promptly and showed up on time. They went about re-keying the locks methodically and professionally. We bought an older home and several of the locks were dragging on the strike plates. Both locksmiths took it upon themselves to file the strike plates to improve the fit. We purchased one new set of doorknobs to replace knobs that were no longer functional, and the senior locksmith put the new knobs on the most-used door and moved the not-so-good one from there to a little-used basement door. We were impressed with the work and will definitely recommend them and use them again.

He was great. Honest. Timely. Effective. Friendly. We would definitely use them again, but hope we don't have the need.

Shawn called the same day of the request(1/27) to schedule a service for the next day. He said he would arrive between 9-11, which he did AND called in advance on 1/28. Shawn looked at my lock issue, said he would so some research, and came back the SAME day with the tool and opened my lock. I was thrilled. Prior to his return visit on the 28th, Shawn called to ensure I understood the terms of the Angies List voucher, and that parts and labor were not included. I told him that I did; but I REALLY appreciated that he wanted to make sure I understood the terms and conditions. I have not had that experiences with other providers and really appreciate that Shawn went out of his way to make sure I understood. He was prompt, professional, kind, courteous, and worked quickly. I would recommend this locksmith highly!

They did a great job! Shaw research the sake maker and found all the info he need to "pop" it open . The safe is 1953 model.

We bought a 60 year old house and wanted the locks changed. These guys were great. I called them on a Monday morning and they came out the same day. The locksmith, Shawn, worked fast but was very thorough. We had 5 doors with 4 different keys and he made it so everything was one key, replacing cylinders when necessary. He went above and beyond, taking it upon himself to tighten loose knobs and give us a quick tutorial on how some of our older mortise locks worked.

both time they were an excellent company to deal with. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful with additional info regarding the issues at hand. The TV they mounted is very secure - they explained each step as they did it and offered lots of additional ideas and helpful hints. The worker who did our locks was also terrific. They were a little bit pricey BUT worth EVERY penny!

Very pleased, I spoke with them yesterday and they were willing to come then, while I appreciated that, it wasn't necessary, Scheduled service for the next day. Traffic was heavy and they called to say they were going to be 10 minutes late, which was much appreciated. They try to match prices and had a coupon on line for a discount on the service charge, which saved me 37 bucks! I would recommend them, would use them again, and am considering have them give a consult for our alarm system as well.

He did not show up for our first appointment. I never heard from him and when I called him five or so days later he said he forgot but did not apologize. When he did come out I was very happy with the work that was done. However, he added on a $16.00 travel fee that I felt was outrageous. There was no warning in our previous conversations that there would be this fee. I would have gone with someone more local if I had known.

I got them off Angie's List. They communicate. It was a great call. It probably would be rated a 5. The guy was friendly and knowledgeable. He told me what to get before he came out to save money. He got here when he said he was going to be here. He was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and I was pleased with them.
