sI realize this is a depressed market but his appraisal negated all the positives of this home. Compared to Chadbourne you are away from subdivision living and HOA's. Appraisals can be subjective depending on the individual and being an appraiser from the local community may not assess the true value of a home. If you have a chemical engineering issue you do not send send an electrical engineer in to address the problem. Just because he is another type of engineer does not give him cart blanch to handle something out of his realm. Such appraisals can make or break your livelihood. If the shoe were on the other foot, wonder how the appraiser would feel to receive something that would send him to the bathroom to vomit.
Description of Work: My home had to be appraised for relocation purposes. Jim Woodard was not concerned about truly appraising my home for it's true worth. He was old and not appraisal friendly and was not interested in my input about the features of my home. He took his measurements and did not want to be followed through the house. While age in most instances is supposed to bring wisdom and objectivity, seems we received the total opposite.
