Everything went great!!  The owner, Ryan, handled my call and he did exactly as he said he would.  He said it would be a few hours before he could come and that he would ring me when he was on the way.  That's exactly what he did.  The air conditioning unit was repaired within 15 minutes.  Ryan showed me the broken part and explained how it worked.  He described the replacement part and went over the warranty with me thoroughly.  Before he left, he emailed me a copy of my paid invoice.

The entire experience was fantastic.  I would highly recommend WeatherProof Heating and Cooling and I have arranged to have my system maintained by them regularly.  WeatherProof Heating and Cooling is thorough and professional.

It went great. They were prompt, thorough, gave us a couple different options and did a nice job installing the new unit in our attic and taking the old one out. They improved how the coil unit had been installed previously and the entire job was incredibly smooth. Would hire again for any HVAC issues.

Ryan Hayworth, owner, is very knowledgable and does what he says he is going to do. You can trust him not to take advantage of you and give you an honest opinion of what needs to be done and a fair estimate.

Overall I was very happy. I called on Wednesday and left a message for the special they were advertising for a system inspection and tune up to get ready for the winter. I got a call back later that day and scheduled an appointment for Friday. He arrived on time and the whole thing took about an hour. He inspected our outdoor unit and cleaned it and said that everything looked good. He also went under the house to make sure that we didn't have any leaks in our ducts. While he was here I mentioned that I have a lot of trouble with allergies. He recommended a UV light that goes inside the air return. The UV light was a little more expensive than a stand alone air filter with UV light would be (I had been considering buying one and had priced several online), but since this will do the whole house, I decided it would be worth the extra cost. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
