Mom became comfortable with the owner and allowed herself to get taken advantage of at least twice this year. She was charged $3500 for a small (maybe 12' long) wheelchair ramp and $9500 for replacing the deck (10'X16') on her 50+ year old home. Our family believes that she was taken advantage of because of her age and her health (recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease). I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company and recommend that a written estimate be obtained and compared to other companies before agreeing to any work. My mother did not do this, so it is too late to do anything about her loss, but I would like to make other families aware of our experience if they are considering hiring this company.

He is awful, the issue that we are having right now is he did some buried some corrugated pipes for our gutters because they were just dumping water so he was making the water go else where, but he mixed a electrical wire and it's taking this long three years for it to come to admission for that's whats happened because now that's why I had oracle electric to come out because I had electrical issue and they figure out that somebody must have mixed the wire and after going through several different people that could have been, it had to be him and every time I try and call him he pretends that he answer the phone fine and as soon as I tell him who it is he pretends he looses the connection and can't hear me never returns my calls pretty funny. At the time it seem okay but I remember there was another issue back then that he was working on and it was the same thing like I couldn't get to him to answer me and when he finally did he comes out and finish the job but just left me hanging you know wouldn't return my calls so he did finally come out and finish that pacific job  but now that I am trying to call him back for this other issue he's done with me he's not going to talk to me anymore. Answer his phone and return phone calls.
