The sun room and ac/heat unit is ok, some minor issues but for the most part, the sun room is serviceable However the deck and patio are unacceptable. A few of the problems: 1)The steps from the deck - the top steps and the bottom steps are not uniform (gap is larger on the bottom steps vs the top steps) 2) the bottom steps are uneven (looks like the boards are warped) 3) the patio is not level and follows the pitch of the ground - would probably collect water but there is no sand between the pavers and the patio is higher on one end that the other. 4) the leaning wall stones behind the steps 5) He was using a new maintenance free decking with an interlocking drainage system so that you could store under the deck - problem is he did not level it correctly so it is draining into the sub-flooring of our sun room (this is probably the biggest issue) 6) One railing on the steps was "glued" to the brace and came loose and came apart once the glue failed. 7) Sohn turned the permit over to us and said the deck only needed the final inspection. However, when the inspector came out he said that because of the railings - it was not ready for final inspection. 8) The inspector did say that the deck was certainly a "hodge podge" and was "not pretty" but it wouldn't fall down - so from a structural perspective it would pass - only because it has so many bolts in it. We had 5 bids to finish/replace the deck. Two declined to bid. The other three would not touch it without tearing it down and starting over. It is costing us $8000.00 to replace the deck and over $2000 to fix the patio. I wish I could add pictures to this review so you could see just how horrible this mess is. Thank You
