It was terrible. We ordered online from Sears.com. We wanted haul away of our old fridge which cost $25. We were told we had to drive to a store to pay for haul away, we couldn't pay online or over the phone. Our delivery window was 2:45-4:45 pm. It was delivered after 8 pm and the crew didn't leave our home until 9:20 pm. One french door handle doesn't work because of a defective screw and the freezer handle is damaged. We now have to wait 7-10 days to get new parts. Sears was unwilling to compensate us or overnight the parts. "I'm sorry" was all we got. We did not even get a phone call regarding the late delivery. My husband arranged his work schedule to be home for the delivery. We have never had such a bad experience with competitors like Lowes or Home Depot.

I provided them above. I had an appointment, but the provider didn't show up in the 4-hour time block scheduled. They said they would call back to reschedule, but never did. When I called back to Sears they were happy to make a new appointment, then again the "technician" couldn't make it. I have no idea if they can repair anything - they never were able to keep an appointment.
Description of Work: The provider (Sears at Home) allowed me to make a convenient appointment for service of my Kenmore washing machine. They gave me a 4 hour window for service, but didn't even come close to meeting the appointment. They didn't seem inclined to do anything for me after their "technician" could not keep the appointment. They seem to overschedule their service men. Then it's just too bad if you wait at home all day for someone to show up. I'm going to see if I can find a repair service that actually behaves as though they need/want my business.
