1. Major plumbing problem between upstairs master bedroom shower and ceiling of kitchen. It continually leaks and I have to try to resolve using plumbers putting in the shower seal. Works for a few days and then it starts to leak again. there has to be an issue in the plumbing installation between the shower and kitchen ceiling. He had workers come out while the house was still under warranty and near as I can tell, they scrapped the dry wall thinner in the area under the drain so there would be more clearance. Wonder why they did that. 2. All cabinents in the kitchen and bathrooms have pulled away from the walls. We had to have this fixed once and it was taken care of, but we are right back where we started. 3. Cracks in ceilings. This house has more cracks than my previous 20 year old home had. This does not include a lot of pesky repairs that I have made over the 5 years I have lived here. When I try to contact the company, there is no response. Like I said before, I understand the house is not under any kind of warranty, but I believe a reputable builder would be concerned about the state of their craftsmanship after 5 short years.
