Richard was the only person that returned my call after 5pm when my hot water heater was pouring out water. I was walked through what was needed and he came out first thing the next morning to see what was wrong. He took the time to show me the issue, address any concerns and scheduled a new hot water heater installation in a timely manner. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work, I will be using him in the future!

I called Richard on a Sunday when I found some water on the closet floor. (In the closet is our main water shutoff and the water pressure regulator.) I ran the problem by him and after asking me a few questions, he determined the problem could wait until Monday. Voila -- No after hours or weekend charges. I put down a pail and some towels to catch the few drops that occasionally fell from the pressure valve. Richard came the next day, replaced the regulator and that was that. He's a great guy, very friendly and willing to answer questions from a less-than-knowledgeable customer-me. Yes, we'll definitely hire him again.

Richard called and said he was running ahead of schedule so he was able to get to me earlier than planned.  He installed my new kitchen faucet very quickly and efficiently.  I thought I had dropped something in the bathroom sink drain so wanted to remove the trap but I wasn't able to get it off.  He ended up having to saw part of it off and replace it.  Unfortunately, what I was looking for was not there but at least now I will be able to remove it myself if I drop anything in there.  
I was very pleased with the work he did and with his price.  Would definitely use him again.

I had a couple of plumbing projects that I needed done, but when I began noticing black specs coming from my kitchen faucet, I had no choice but to call a plumber.  I heard about Richard Holt Plumbing through some of my neighbors on NextDoor.com, so I started doing some research.  I could not find any negative reviews.  He sounded too good to be true, but after hiring him, I can tell you he's the real deal.  He is extremely professional and nice, and he did a great job!  He answered the phone, he showed up exactly when he said he would and did everything exactly as needed.   Not only that, he didn't try to sell me anything and he suggested contacting my faucet manufacturer about the problem with the black specs.  As a result, they sent me the quick connect hose at no cost, then Richard came back and installed it in like 10 minutes, and the problem was solved.  I will definitely call him if I ever need any additional plumbing work, and I highly recommend him to others!

I called Mr. Holt, he came by the same afternoon and fixed the toilet.  He also fixed another toilet, which had not started malfunctioning, but had the same problem.  He was professional and knowledgeable.  I would call him again if needed.

Richard took my call immediately, and he was able to come out the next morning.  He worked quickly and was finished installing a new water heater and brought it up to code before his estimated time frame.  Richard took all the old materials away.  As important as price and punctuality are, I was most impressed by Richard's attitude.  He was friendly and kind.  He treated me professionally and wasn't condescending like some other plumbers I had asked to bid on the job.  I will definitely be using Richard Holt Plumbing in the future, and I will recommend him to my friends.  As a real estate agent, I work with a lot of companies that provide home maintenance, and Richard is now my number one go-to person for pluming.

Arrived on time and diagnosed wax ring as problem. Successfully disconnected toilet, replaced deteriorated ring and bolt, cleaned floor area after reconnecting. Cleared drain of problem and used least invasive techniques to correct problems. Very professional and reasonable prices. Well pleased with his work.
