Mario Osorio and his team really blew me away with the recent house exterior painting job they did for me. Not only did he quote me the lowest, fairest price of the 5 companies I received bids from, but he delivered on every single detail we outlined in the contract, from refinishing our front door to using some of the highest quality paint products available (Sherwin Williams Emerald). I was impressed by how thorough and thoughtful their preparations were, from recaulking and repairing windows/siding to removing and replacing downspouts and yard decorations that I forgot to move myself, and covering outdoor speakers and security cameras. They were very courteous, friendly, professional, and completed the work in a timely manner. To say that they are very hard workers who take great pride in the quality of their work is an understatement. I am recommending him to everyone I know who is in need of professional paining services, and I am definitely going to be calling Mario again when it’s time to paint the interior of my house. Bravo, Mario!!

They were on courteous, on time, brought high quality paint, which they included in their low price, and painted beyond my expectations. They smoothed out the walls before painting, and also painted trim and baseboards. Their work is shear professionalism and done to perfection! They clearly take pride in what they do! They wear booties, protect your furniture and carpets, and have hands like surgeons. I would go on and on - but will stop here and say that if you land on Mario Osario, you should look no further! Do yourself a favor and hire him! He is AMAZING! I am thrilled with my choice of Osario's painting and will recommend them every time someone asks about a high quality painter!

Hired for small drywall job. Mario was very professional, and prompt. Extremely good job in protecting floors, and overall cleanliness. Came in the day before job and covered all area to be traveled while working. Very fair in price for work done. I would highly recommend him. I look forward to working with him in the future.
