Dwayne has been my service provider for the past several years. My son recommended him to me after Dwayne worked on his a/c unit. When it was time to replace the original unit, Dwayne discussed options, prices, and models with me. He explained what would be the most efficient model for my home. The estimate was in writing and covered all details of the replacement unit. The installation was quick and organized. He did not track in dirt all over the house (even though it had been raining) and removed all debris with the old unit. After the installation, Dwayne explained how to use the unit efficiently and answered all of my questions. I feel very confident using and recommending his company for any HVAC work needed. He provides 'old-fashioned' customer service that is so hard to find today. I appreciate that if I have problems with my units, Dwayne is familiar with my equipment and therefore saves me time AND money. I like the fact that if I need to contact his company, I will not be getting someone different on each service/maintenance call. All this adds up to a great company!

He teaches how we can keep our AC units performing at the peak. Since Dwayne is the owner and does most of the work, he is dedicated to giving good customer service. In fact, our A/C went out right before Easter holiday and Dwayne postponed leaving on a family vacation to come to my house to fix my unit Now I have contacted Dwayne for a price for installing a new unit after Christmas. I trust him and his work.
