Milette's Carpet Cleaning

All furniture was removed from the rooms with carpet because we had already moved out and living in our new home. The cleaners were about 2 hrs later than I was told but did finally call. Told me they would take care of everything and have the carpets looking great. A couple of days later I vacuumed the carpets one last time and basically filled the vacuum with dust from the carpets like they had never been cleaned. I picked up a thumb tack, bobby pins and other small items that I assumed would have been picked up during the carpet cleaning. I did not stay at the house during the cleaning but the carpets looked cleaned.

Jason and Russ went out to a project for my husband Red's company, 1-800 Water Damage.  They cleaned all of the carpets, even re-installing a portion of carpet that needed to be removed during the drying process.  They were fast, efficient, kind and courteous to his customer who was extremely pleased with the service.  Milette's Carpet Cleaning is the only company we trust when we need services for ourselves, or our customers. 

They were on time and worked very hard, cleaning all carpeting in this 4 year old house before we moved our furniture in.  They did a great job and the carpet looked like new when they were through!!  We are very pleased with their service and would definitely use them again!

Quick same day call back. Was able to book appt. within my time frame. Was professional, punctual and very friendly. Had the work done in 1 1/2 hrs. Had a call back the next day to see if we were happy with their services. Calling them today for another carpet repair. Great job Russ and Jason.

They did not get in my way while I was in the process of moving.
I had some pet stains that were needing treated. I had the carpets cleaned on a Friday and was called on that following Mon to make sure the pet stains had stayed gone and if they needed to be treated again he would have come out to clean them at no charge.

When we purchased our home it had been sitting empty for quite some time. It smelled stale. We called Milettes Carpet Cleaning to clean all of our surfaces. Jason and Russ arrived on schedule. They cleaned beyond expectations ands left the house clean and smelling so much better. They did a fantastic job on our upholstered furniture as well. We have a new puppy and so they are on our list to call back to take care of a few puppy "mishaps". I have great confidence in recommending them to my friends and family.

i called millette's less than a week ago and told them that i would like them to do my carpets as i have a dog with incontinence problems and i couldn't keep up with the cleaning.  they were able to work me in in just a few days.  they were on time and were very careful not to track in any mud/grass as it was raining that day.  they got right to work, vacuuming, pretreating, cleaning and then raking.  the house smells so much better and the carpets are greatly improved.  i own a residental cleaning business and i refer them to all my customers.  i've always gotten very positive feedback from my customers about them.  i like that they have taken the time to get professionally trained and stay on top of their training.  they are also a family owned business.  i would highly recommend them to anyone.  once they got a gallon of green paint out of my sister's berber carpet that the painter had spilled.   pretty awesome...

We were very impressed with Russ and Jason.  The father and son team was punctual and professional.  They managed to get our carpet looking like the day we first moved in and that is saying alot since we have three children under the age of 4 that stampede on the carpet daily.

I have him about 4 times a year come to the house. They are reasonable and thorough. They really pay attention to detail and if I have any issues they will come right back out, retreat it and take care of it. They will come back out that day if they are able. They are extremely nice and great to work with!
