L and R Home Remodeling Services did work on the exterior of our house, replacing rotten siding. First, they kept "discovering" new problems that required more money. Then, the contract stated clearly that they would remove all debris. They finished work at the end of February, and I paid the balance while they were packing up. I assumed of course they would take that stuff with them, but they simply drove away, and I still have lots of rotten siding, empty canisters of material and a plastic tarp in my driveway as of today, April 26. I asked them to come and remove it, and they promised they would come and told me a couple of times they would come in the next day or so, and it is all still here. I need for them to come and remove it!! I paid them $10,529.71 in total, more than $2,000 above the original estimate, so they need to fulfill their contract. I complained to the better business bureau, and the BBB contacted them, but they simply did not respond.
