It was great. They were very efficient. We called them and they were here in just about a few days, got started and got finished quickly. They gave us good advice about some of the details. They did a beautiful job. They were in and out quickly and did not leave a mess. It looks beautiful. We had several bids. They were great. We would absolutely and surely use their services again in the future.

I made an appointment with Jim to give me an estimate of the work described above. He and his wife showed up on time and did the measurements needed and gave me an estimate before they left. They were very professional and friendly and earned my trust from the very start. I had a good idea what needed to be done and  the amount of laminate that I would need from my research. They were spot on! I made an appointment with them to do the work. They showed up on time and got to work right away. I felt very safe leaving them in my home alone and went to work while they were doing their work. I was also able to leave my dog in the house with them. They finished the work midway through the second day. I was really impressed with the new look and the work they performed. Jim and his wife will be coming back soon to do another room for us.

Jim and his wife are dependable, trustworthy, professional, friendly and ethical - qualities that you don't find too often anymore. The installation required him to make some unexpected adjustments due to the home builder and the laminate manufacturer. Although it added time onto his schedule, he kept to his estimate and didn't bill me for the extra time (several hours).Our floors look beautiful! The moldings were done nicely, too. An EXCELLENT job.I also needed some handywork done while I was out of town and Jim took care of it for me at a very reasonable price. These are people you can trust to do a great job...no, a FANTASTIC job...at a very reasonable price. I forgot to mention that Jim stands behind his work, too, with a guarantee. You won't find any of these .50/sq ft installers who will do that!I highly recommend Jim and his wife and he will be welcome to do any additional work for me in the future

Jim was great. I live out of town, so called for an over-the-phone estimate. I later met Jim at the house for an in-person estimate. The actual quote was the same as his estimate. Jim went above and beyond on this job!! Since I live out of town, he helped me out with numerous items (w/out a charge)! He picked up the wood from the terminal, bought a piece of rubber baseboard, and even worked around the painters' schedule. I have renovated multiple homes and have worked w/ numerous contractors and service people. Jim was---by far--one of the best. I would absolutely hire him again....and will.
