To say that I am delighted with job DANIEL GUZMAN and his crew did is an understatement. He responded promptly to every call I made to him throughout the project. He was punctual and professional at all times. He provided me with a written estimate. His English language skills are very good and at least two of his crew can hold up their end of a conversation. DANIEL was very 'hands on' on the project, working right along side his crew members both days. They worked hard and very efficiently and all crew members were nice, polite and professional.
The work was of the highest quality. They kept the job site clean. I was particularly impressed with the work they did to remove all the roots that had grown under the driveway over the last 50 years. To me, it looked to be a daunting task, but they attacked it with diligence and developed a pristine bed for the new driveway.
The estimate I got from DANIEL GUZMAN was one of four I obtained before choosing a contractor. He was by far the most professional and also the lowest bid I got on the job. The other bids were within $100 of the $2000 dollar mark...both above and below. DANIEL beat their bids by at least $500. None of the others were going to use rebar or wire to reinforce the pour. None of the others offered a guarantee on the work. DANIEL guaranteed this job for 5 years.
