There was an issue with on of Guy C Lees' vendors providing 15 windows on time. Guy C Lee kept me informed and the on site manager personally contacted the vendor. The windows were about 2 - 3 weeks late; however, Guy C Lee provided a credit even though their vendor caused the delay. I was very impressed with Guy C Lees' determination solving the backorder and finally completing the order.
