They did a good job. There was some confusion about the appointment. They were very polite and professional.

They were fairy. The first time they left, I had a problem with the work they had done. It was leaking, and it was a weekend. I called them up and somebody was here within an hour. They came right out and fixed it. They have reasonable prices. The guy I used, Matt, was really good.

Excellent. Very prompt(came within 1 day). Courteous. Explained what the problem was and did not charge me for work that did not need to be done. Showed me the old parts and what was wrong with them. Took extra time to check out other potential symptoms to make sure they had not missed anything(including going under the house just to check). Very pleased with the service, work performed, timeliness and professionalism.

The clean out broke and raw sewage was coming into my yard. After a disappointing experience with a different plumbing company, I called Gordon's Plumbing and he came right out. Since the broken pipe was 9 FT down, he thought the city laid it (true) and they should be responsible (also true but they didn t. You can t fight city hall). Instead of laying the repair pipe 9 FT down, he went the required depth only and finished the job in 1 day. He did an outstanding job and I applaud him and his crew.

I can't comment on what this company charges because our general contractor paid them. We have had some pressure problems in our toilets and they frequently get stopped up. This company could improve a little on the quality of their work. Otherwise we had no other problems with them.

We only really met them after they did a call back to make sure everything was working properly. The person I spoke with was very polite. He wanted to make sure we had no questions or concerns. He treated us just fine. We would probably use their services in the future. We can't say for sure how much the price for their services were. We had paid one full price to the main builder for the entire project.

I was not here all through the building phase to know the plumbers but I know they did quality work. I haven't had any troubles or leaks to speak of as everything works as it should. My builder hired and paid them out of the 100,000 + I paid for my home.

We did get to meet the guys who did the work and they were very polite and answered all of our questions. We don't know exactly what their price was as it was paid all in one bill to the main contractor. We have had no problems at all with the plumbing services in our home. We were told if we have any problems at all to call the right away as they stand behind their work 100 percent.

The owner of the plumbing company introduced us to the workers who was doing the work. They all presented themselves extremely well. It was a comfort knowing that we had such knowledgeable and professional people working on our home. I don't know exactly how much their price was but I do know from talking to our contractor that they were one of the least expensive around. We have experienced no problems with their work. I feel the best part of their services was when they owner of the company came out himself a few days after the job was complete to make sure his guys were polite and professional, and that they did A-1 work for us.

I have had problems from the start. My showers have very low water pressure. The water in the bathrooms doesn t even really get hot. I think it is luke warm at best. You can not even take a steaming shower, because it just does not get hot. The good thing is that I have not had any leaks at all. I have started compiling a list to give my builder of all the problems and the plumbing will top the list. My builder hired and paid them, so I am not sure of what their cost was.

We had shopped around and we finally chose this company to do the work we needed. The guy who did the actual installation was right on time as we did not have to wait for him at all. He was very polite and answered the questions we had for him. He checked for leaks, made sure the temperature was set right and he was on his way to another job.

When I moved in our new home I had no troubles with the plumbing of any sort. There were no leaks or drips to be found and all the faucets worked correctly. My builder hired and paid them so I am not to familiar with the price or the plumbers themselves but I paid over $100,000 for my home so I know they did not use cheap plumbing.

LAST YEAR, ON THE ONE OF THE HOTTEST DAYS OF THE YEAR, HE SENT SOMEONE OUT TO WORK ON OUR WELL THAT HAD BROKE. HE IS LIKE A FRIEND TO US, AND WE HAVE USED THEM SO MANY TIMES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
