Property Management
Their charge is 10-percent of the rent; which is pretty standard for the area. So far they have been good; they take care of the house and I never have any problems. If something needs to get done they call me and let me know and can usually arrange for somebody down there to have it taken care of; they get on things right away. They collect my rent for me and pay me on time; I have never had any problem with the experience. This company was referred to me by somebody else. They have been very good and I have been using them for a couple of years. Sometimes it is hard to get hold of them and they may not call back right away.
