The Fox customer service person responded to my calls every time and was quick to schedule visits as needed. The Fox technician came out multiple times and each time was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I plan to use this company in the future, if needed, and highly recommend them.

Immediate response from the office. They offered a time the next day to do the work. The technician appeared promptly and worked quickly and well. The only negatives: we didnâ t receive a call or text in advance. Weâ ve continued to receive calls and emails from prospective vendors.

I needed to get our washing machine repaired ASAP. I spoke with a few appliance repair companies and they were either not able for same day service, or complicated service fees and consultation. I call Fox Dual Services and immediately Aprilâ s customer service was beyond Iâ ve experienced. She was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was able to schedule us the same day. Oliver came over and repaired our washing machine literally within less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Simply amazing results. Definitely call this company for your appliance needs. I give them 5 stars!

Oliver was prompt, and knocked out the repair quickly. This was for a stacked washer/dryer unit, the washer was not draining. This was found to be due to something stuck in the drain hose - internal to the unit. The was cleared and restored the unit to service. Definitely calling Fox Dual again for all my repair needs!

Very professional, On-time and reliable

Very Responsive. Fox Dual paid attention to details and performed a high quality service. The engineer was extremely competent and handled the job with ease. I'm very happy with the job and will definitely contact them again for any future projects.

Oliver was to clean my computer, but did not do so. The evidences speaks for itself on wifi networks that showed other networks accessing my computer. The wifi protection was turned off and could not turn it back on. I do not use internet explorer and redirecting back to HP that I do not use. Multiple setting were grayed out and was not permitted to change them. Multiple people showed up on my access to my computer.

Oliver was great - needed a new part for oven - ordered it and fixed it the next day. Haven't needed a repair done in a long time so I was caught off guard by the overall price - but now I do have an oven that works.
