 + 0 moreIt went great ! Mary Lu gave me a very fair estimate and was great to deal with throughout the process. She checked to make sure the headliner had not also been damaged, made sure the correct part was ordered and scheduled the job promptly upon receiving the new top from the vendor. She gave great post-care instruction and made sure the job was done correctly. The top looks beautiful. I will definitely use them again if needed.
Description of Work: Somebody had put a hole in the convertible top of my 1994 Ford Mustang. I had them replace the convertible top.

When I went to the shop to let them see what needed to be done and get a quote on a price, Nelson took a look, gave me a great price and said he'd repair the back quads as well. The work was finished in just 3 hours, way before I expected to get my car back. Nelson and Marylu was extremely professional and accommodating. They did an superb job. It's like new. I'd definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreSure Fit Upholstery reupholstered the center arm rest perfectly. It was restored to its original appearance and the vehicle looks like it is new. I enjoyed dealing with the owners of Sure Fit Upholstery and would use them again. The quality of their work was outstanding and they were a pleasure to deal with.
Description of Work: I just purchased a used (2003) Ford Explorer Sport Trac. It was in great condition except for the center arm rest which was cracked due to the sun and normal use. I chose Sure Fit Upholstery based upon recommendations on Angie's List asked them to replace the damaged vinyl covering for the center arm rest.

 + -1 moreI brought my car in for a quote. They gave me several options. I had leather seats but replacing the leather was too expensive given the value of my car (which has150K miles on it). They were able to replace the leather with a perfect match vinyl that looks great. We were very happy with their work. I made an appt for the next day and had my car back by the end of the day. I would definitely go back to sure fit and would recommend them to friends as I felt like they were very nice and honest people. Small shop, which I liked.

Description of Work: I just had my convertable top replaced on my BMW. I really had to search for a company that replaced tops in the Raleigh area. I used them solely on an Angie's List previous recommendation. I was not disappointed. My top was promptly ordered and when the top arrived the next week, I was unable to keep my appointment because of mechanical car problems. Mary Lou, the owner's wife, was very accommodating and kept rescheduling as my date kept getting pushed back. To make a long story short, when the car was available, they immediately replaced the top and I am extremely pleased.

 + 0 moreWhat I really like about them is when they quote you a price, that is the price you will pay. They were really detailed oriented. I was very impressed with them. They have definitely earned my business. The boat was good. They did it exactly how I wanted it. The turn around time took about 3 days for the boat, but they let me know when it was running a bit over the scheduled time frame. I already intend to use them again in the future.
Description of Work: They did boat upholstery, the convertible top on my car, and they did some exercise equipment pads.
