+ -1 moreAfter scheduling the appointment directly the person did not arrived during the scheduled window. We called him more than an hour after scheduled time and was told that we would get a call a half hour before arriving. When we asked if he was coming today as it was close to 5pm- he replied maybe. We never heard from him after spending an entire afternoon waiting. Unprofessional, and rude. If you need a repair look elsewhere. We certainly did.
