They kept a large portion of security deposit unjustifiably and had no problem throwing the landlord under the bus for the blame of it all. They lied and "hired" people and paid them extraordinary prices from our money for problems that didn't exist or were the way the house was when we moved in. They agreed landlord was at fault but did nothing to remedy the situation acted unethically.
