Bill was prompt in giving me an estimate. I am very pleased the quality of the work. Bill and his team were punctual and professional The work was done efficiently and in a safe manner. The two trees were near the deck. I appreciate that the workers were careful so that no damage was done to the deck. Very satisfied with the results. I would hire Black Bear Tree Service again.

Hire these guys! You wont regret it. Fantastic. Punctual and very professional! The work was done efficiently and in a safe manner. They cleaned up the mess upon completion! Truly pleased with the quality of work and the price was very fair.

These guys are incredible. Within minutes the tress were gone. I give them all A's.
The price was very good for what they did. I live alone and am not very young, there were some limbs left behind that I couldn't get. I called and the owner came back out and picked them up for me. It was a fair price for the amount of work he put in.

Amazing! Bill responded to my call the next day, came on a Saturday to give me a quote, and had the work done within days, all around the holidays! The work was done in one day. I got to keep some of the wood and got a ton of chips to use in the mulch beds around my house. All the details were discussed up front, and his prices were more than fair. He even waited for me to get home from work to review the work and make sure I was happy. I never had a doubt that I picked the best company for the job.

They did a great job. He came for my estimate within an hour of calling and got me on the schedule. They did a great job for a fair price. They even cleaned up all the leaves. I would definitely use again.

The crew arrived just after 7:30 am and got right to work. After checking the tree carefully, they decided it was safe to climb. They took care to minimize damage to larger surrounding trees (actually, they did no damage to those trees). When the tree was down they filled the gouges in the ground, removed the smaller trees below that were collateral damage, and hauled all the brush away. The branches that were usable as firewood were stacked near my wood pile. The larger (8' or so) hollow pieces were placed back in the woods at the back of the property where nature can get some use out of them. Job was completed in just over 3 hours. Overall, very satisfied with the results. Would definitely use Black Bear again.

Wow ! Unbelievable work !! Not only did they remove everything we wanted gone but also they did a great job in cleaning everything up really neat before they left. We were very pleased with the work and it only cost $1450.00 for everything. Black Bear Tree Service came highly recommended and they lived up to their great reputation. VERY WELL PLEASED ! The men were all hardworking and very polite. Thank you Black Bear Tree Service.. I just can't say enough good things about your service.

This is the second time that we have used Black Bear the first time we had about three trees removed. This time we had 6 Huge Leyland cypresses removed and about 7 or 8 smaller trees and we had the stumps ground. Bill and his crew do fantastic work! They had all the trees down and the stumps ground in a little over four hours, now we have our yard back and we can plant grass again, Bill is very friendly, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. He is definitely the "Go To Guy" for trees, and I highly recommend him to everyone.

The entire evolution went perfectly and fast. Upon arrival we went over exactly what need to be taken down and took notice to Bill's suggestions. Along the way I added a few more limbs and with no hesitation while he was rigged to the tree, Bill moved around and took them down too. He and his crew cleaned up quickly while leaving the mulch perfectly located where I can get to it and use it for some landscaping around the yard.
I appreciated all the active input he gave before, during and after all the work was done. I will absolutely call Mr. Smallwood's tree service again and recommend them to anyone needing such a projects.

Fantastic, he took all that trees down and he was out of here in a little more than an hour. Billy was very prompt with his estimate and after a slight hiccup with his truck needing repair, he promptly got the trees off our roof. Awesome job, we will use again and recommend to all our friends and all Agie's list members.
