Ken was phenomenal - he was clear in telling us what info he needed, when he needed it and what the next steps were.  He wasn't arrogant and he didn't assume we knew everything either.  We had an opportunity to purchase a short sale that otherwise we would have never been able to get in and Ken worked extremely hard to make sure it happened on our part.  He left no opening for the banks to tell us our paperwork wasn't in order or they couldn't go forward.  He pursued multiple options and worked with us to make sure we got into the most logical and cost effective solution... he was truly looking out for our best interests.  Ken was recommended to us by a friend who we trust and we would like to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ken as a show of our appreciation for his hard work.  
If you have never had a mortgage Ken is excellent - if this is a refi or your 10th mortgage I would recommend Ken for those as well.  This was not our first home and he made sure he found a solution that really fit what we were trying to accomplish and that helped to expedite the closing of the short sale.  9 months later and we are back with Ken to do a refi thanks to some good fortune and changes in finance - Ken has already found at least one option to save us almost $300/month moving forward.  He is easy to work with, quick, responsive and always pleasant.  I have absolutely no qualms in recommending Ken to family or friends.
