DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Jared Macias is a liar of the highest magnitude. I found his co on Angie's and called for an estimate. Jared came out Wednesday and gave me a price to install sod, very small job. I sent him an email saying I needed him to put in the est ALL the things they were to do. He called me instead and never replied to my request, red flag #1, he said Friday would be the soonest they could do the job, I said ok. He then called me and said they could do it that day only. I called my job and took the rest of the day off. He let me know they could not do it that day but would do it early the next day which is today. He txts me saying the cutting machine is broken. I asked him if he would still do the job today due to me taking the day off, he said yes definitely today. I had not heard from him by noon so I started texting and calling, and he ghosted me. I finally got him on the phone and he said he would have to do the job by himself and would be here at 5pm. I told him I wasted the entire day due to him not updating me. About five minutes ago he txts that the cutting machine is still broken. This man has Zero integrity. I contacted the nc Sec of State and the co was registered to a woman with his same name but it was dissolved a few years ago. What a waste of my time and it cost me 1.5 days of lost income.
