Very pleasant experience. Professional and courteous installation crew. Good job cleaning the work site throughout the job and at the end of the job. Took a while to get the work done; this was explained up front (no problems, since there were no leaks), but understanding the reputation of this installer, we were willing to wait. Because we knew there would be a delay of several weeks, we did not lower the responsiveness score.

Macks crew arrived punctually and worked steadily all day. There was a particularly challenging situation with the flat roof section and a window. Mack worked extra hard to make the roof watertight after discovering some poor workmanship of the vinyl siding installer 10 yrs before.

They built a new chimney cap and sealed brickwork. Problem appears to be solved.
