He did not use the old location and did not pre-drill damaging/splitting the siding. The strap he used did not match the other gutters and he will not return my calls.His battery went dead and after the repair I had to help get his truck started.
Description of Work: Install a gutter strap to Hardie Plank siding.

Sam was very prompt and professional. He started when he said he would and he showed up on time each day. He had a helper who was polite and professional as well. We were pleased with his service and plan to have him return this week to paint another unit. I would say he was worth taking a chance on and we were pleased with his service. I would recommend him to anyone who is a little skittish about taking a chance. Thanks Sam!
Description of Work: I contacted Sam for some painting we needed done. He came over shortly after I had called him to give us the estimate. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath rental unit that needed painted. Sam also tore out bathroom tile around the bathtub and installed tub walls.
