RODRIGUEZ ROOFING

They were wonderful!
Removed my old roof, replaced any broken boards underlaying the shingles, and installed a new roof and trim etc.
They cleaned up the mess and my yard was left just the way they found it... they even took a magnet to my lawn to remove the nails!

I called Mr. Rodriguez on Monday morning to give me an estimate for repairing a damaged part of the roof and by the time I returned home that evening, I had an itemized estimate on my door.   The estimate was for completely replacing the roof ? I knew it badly needed to be replaced but was hoping to delay.  When I spoke to him that evening, he apologized for not being able to repair the one spot I had asked about, but I knew he was being very honest about the need for the entire roof needing repair.   His estimate was very fair and included removing old shingles, replacing any rotted wood, and laying new felt and shingles.  He went the extra mile and built a cricket behind my chimney to prevent damage from rain run-off (that was part of the repair work he did on my roof).   He also added extra ridge vents to aid attic ventilation and to ensure the warranty for my new shingles would never be questioned.   He used high quality Owens Corning materials ? he installs the new architectural shingles that carry a 30 year warranty.  His crew was very polite and obviously skilled,  and as one other reviewer mentioned, he had someone constantly going around the house, cleaning up debris and making sure nails and other materials were removed. 

I cannot recommend Rodriguez Roofing highly enough ? I have told several people about him already and asked him to leave a handful of his business cards in my mailbox the next time he?s in the area.   

If you need a businessman with integrity who is honest and will never try to take advantage of anyone, Mr. Rodriguez is the man to call.

They do excellent works. They did my roof in the past. They came back when the skylights started leaking and gave me a good price. He took care of everything. They give you a fair price for good work. I have never had any problems with their work.

Everything was well-coordinated and timely, from the arrival of the dumpster and the roofing supplies, to the team replacing the roof. All shrubs/plantings near the house were covered with tarps. The team was extremely hard working and got the entire job done in 2 days, working late one day to ensure everything was completed before the rain. One person constantly went around the house and removed debris. The new shingles were hand-nailed.
The estimate is the actual cost of the job for this company, no matter what kind of mess they find under the old shingles.
Our roof is very steep, so this wasn't an easy job. Our new roof is absolutely beautiful!

They did a great job for us. They got the roof done in 2 and a half days. They did a very complete job.

Mister Rodriguez was pretty backed up due to all the damaged roofs, but he was able to work something out for us. They did the work quickly and did a professional job. They had a good size team and did the roof in 2 days. They even worked on Sunday to get the job done. I was real pleased.
