After pumping out the tank, they found that the outlet box was broken. They replaced that with PVC for a reasonable price. Overall, I am very happy with Piedmont.

They put everything back. They were polite, on-time, responsive. They cleaned up after themselves. I will have them back to do my third tank. They were so good at their job. They tried to do whatever they could to help me without charging for for what they did! They kept contacting me the day of the appointment to let me know when they would arrive.
