I feel like they always try to find you the best value for the lowest cost. They sat down with me on the new computer and trained me for about an hour which was really great because I wasn’t familiar with the programs. I was changing from XP to Windows 7. They were great! They put some free software on there for me too. I feel like my new computer is really efficient and fast! The refurbished computer with a keyboard and mouse + service time (getting the computer set up, putting on new software, and reloading all my old data) + the one-on-one training was $275 in total. I have used them before. They even once stayed open late to help my son in an emergency situation. They were so kind and supportive. They are just a gold mine! They are all about serving the customer. I have recommended them to several friends because I think they are so great! I will go to them for all my computer needs in the future.
