Levi & Matt made this project so much easier for me. They took the time to explain what they would do, why they recommended the tree removal (my two trees that I was planning to have trimmed were actually dying!) and did an excellent job with the entire process. They cleaned up all the debris - my yard looks amazing. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for their services.

Our total experience with L&M was one of with superior customer service, knowledgeable onsite removal crews dedicated with respect to our property and clean-up of the area. We were able to reach out to both Levi and Matthew if we had any issues or concerns and they were "Johnny on the spot" with resolutions on our feedback. Awesome. We hired were told would get scheduled said we needed notice to move vehicles and said we would not be available for a one week period. We got contract immediately. Heard nothing til invoiced 3 weeks later. We're informed it was happening tomorrow and I stated that was dates couldn't come they said they would reschedule. Then next morning when trying to leave k had to kick workers off property that were going to try and take down tree without vehicles moved or without letting us know they were here. I have left 4 voice-mail and sent several emails asking for response with no contact now 2 weeks later. Very disappointed

First time I ever actually got done exactly the way we discussed. Showed up on time and finished in less time than they originally expected. As far as I'm concerned, they did an exceptionally good job. Very courteous and explained everything I asked of them. Would highly recommend them for any type of tree work.

I arranged for two dates for the work to be done on my property. One was a rain date the other a backup. They never came and as I was leaving for vacation the following week I decided to call after I returned to set up another date. While I was away and without notice they came onto my property to do the work. Although the trees came down okay there were things moved and not put back and debris all over the property. I had agreed to put the large logs out for pickup but large logs were left around the yard lying on other trees. I am 71 and now will have to somehow get these logs to the curb.
