Eric, the owner explained to me upfront exactly what was needed to be repaired and what was needed to be replaced. They did the job in a very professional manner. They built a damn to run the water away from the roof, even my builder did not think of that. Eric stayed on the job at all times to make sure that his crew was doing it right and if he had found it otherwise he would stop them and make them do it until it was done to his satisfaction. He also gave me a senior citizen discount and a five year guarantee on their labor and workmanship. They did a real good job in cleaning up after themselves by taking away the debris and loose nails. The price was good for the quality work they did for me and they were entirely successful in fixing the leak and in repairing the damage that was done by the other roofing company.
